Staying in the assiniboine guest house was better than any hotel experience I've ever had. The hostess, Pamela, was so nice & very helpful with letting us know where to visit & what restaurants to go to. Pamela cooked breakfast for us both mornings & it was so delicious. I am intolerant to gluten & she had no problem accommodating me. The guest house is not very far from downtown Winnipeg. I would totally recommend this to anyone who may be visiting the Winnipeg area. It was a pleasant experience!
