Sleeping two people in two bedrooms, this charming terraced cottage is in the heart of Winster in the Peak District. Christmas Cottage is a cosy terraced cottage in the village of Winster, within the Peak District National Park. The cottage has two double bedrooms, but is suitable for a maximum of two people. There is also a bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside this cosy cottage is an enclosed decked courtyard and roadside parking can be found throughout the village. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Excellent facilities, much more spacious than you'd think from the outside. good size kitchen & bathroom. Nice n warm & cosy with good heating & wood burning stove. Two double bedrooms to choose from. Winster is a lovely village with 2 good pubs & a general store/ PO. Highly recommended for a romantic break with your missus!

Arrived to find cottage freezing but when we put the heating on the cottage was fine by next morning, lovely dining room, great bathroom, modern kitchen, best of all was top quality bedding which goes a long way. People might think looking at the front of the cottage this might not be for them, they would be mistaken, my wife and i walked in and loved the classy wooden furnture, no flat packs here. We would go out for the day and come back here and it felt home from home.
This was lovely cottage in a lovely village, we have booked up to stay in June for 2 weeks because it was so relaxing. -

The accomodation is more than adequate and every thing was catered for, lounge cosy and suitable for two with a separate dining room. The kitchen is nicely decorated and again every thing had been though of. Bedrooms upstairs made or good sleeping !!!
Being in the centre it was lovely to go for walks through the village and into the countryside with out moving your car.
Christmas cottage holds fond memories ..
