My GF and I came to WP for the Blues from the Top Festival and wanted a nice place to relax that was within walking distance to town. The condo was clean, very well appointed and decorated, and it was hassel free from check-in to check-out. We are already planning to come back again; highly recommended! Read more

Great to hear how much you enjoyed your stay with us! The summer music in Winter Park gets better each year. The Blues Festival is a
terrific start followed by the Jazz Festival, Solshine and all the free
concerts offered by Winter Park and Fraser each week during summer months. Check out our Events Page on our website! See you next year!

The condo was nicer than anticipated as far as décor and kitchen utensils. The living room seating is difficult to rise from if not a nimble younger person, and the bed was uncomfortable. It was nice to have a grill out back, and we enjoyed the gas log fireplace. The location was nice.
We were very disappointed to learn that the pool and hot tub were closed. No mention was made of that at time of booking. We were advised to go to a nearby recreation center to use their facilities for $10 apiece daily. The rec center was nice but we would have used the resort's pool and hot tub much more often.
We prefer to travel off-season to avoid heavy traffic and crowds and stress. Likeminded travelers would like this resort at the off-season times if you don't mind having no pool, if you intend to have most of your meals at the condo, and if you don't intend to shop much. During the off-season, many shops and restaurants are closed, and the ones that are open have shortened hours. It was nice and quiet at the condo.
We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! We will be sure to pass on your comments about the seating at the dining room table and bed to the homeowner. We are in the middle of doing our end of the year condominium audits where we go through each unit thoroughly and determine what items need to be replaced in each condo.
I am sorry that the pool was not available during your stay. We do use the off season (end of April - 1st week of June) to do work on our pool and hot tub area - typically we do this type of work at this time of year because it is so quiet. I will check in with the property manager to see if we might be able to have shortened hours at least for guests staying during the slow time.
We do hope to see you here again! Thanks for your comments and suggestions as they can help us improve.
Perfect getaway home away from home!

This was a last minute switch for us from a house rental that didn't work out and we couldn't have been happier with the cozy, well appointed condo! The back and side window views were gorgeous and gave the feel of being alone on the mountain, while being only walking distance from anything you could want in town out the front door. We would do this again in a heartbeat!
We were looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, getting ready to face an organ transplant, and from the check-in staff to the residents of Winter Park this delivered!! Everyone in Winter Park made us feel comfortable, and some of the businesses bent over backwards to help us. We were looking for tips to acclimatize to the altitude, and staff at the local ski shops made calls and didn't give up until we had several options. The local restaurants went out of their way to make sure we were happy and well fed, and even made sure we had extra water, which can be very important in a high altitude situation. Read more

the service was great, as was the location. In our unit, though we found little pieces of glass on the floor. A couple kids got glass stuck on their feet and needed first aid.

Check in was quick and the girls at the check in counter were so helpful, friendly and polite. The condo was in a great location and was very clean. It was the perfect spot to be to enjoy the view of the snow and the forrest. It was quite comfortable and cozy. We had a great time and will definitely go back. We will request the same condo #111 as it was perfect for our needs.
