Stayed in a 1 bedroom with a family of 4, kids slept on the pull out couch. We stayed here because of a Living Social coupon and were really impressed with the condo. It was very nice. Pool and hot tub were great - they even provided free locks and towels. About a 7 minute drive to the MJ parking lots.
We appreciate the time you spent letting us know you were pleased with your stay and look forward to seeing you again soon.

we had a great time at the beaver village condos. the location was ideal, very close to the ski area and a couple of blocks to the restaurants and shopping in the town of winter park. definitely walkable. that being said, the condo units were tucked back into the mountainside, away from all road noise so it felt very secluded. indoor pool and hot tubs were enjoyed by the whole family. the unit we rented was a 1 bd, it also had a sofa bed which sleeps two. the bedroom was isolated from the kitchen and living area so there was plenty of privacy. fully furnished kitchen, fireplace, tv in both rooms. the furniture and tvs were a bit outdated but this was not an issue for us. my only complaint was the linen policy. there is no daily housekeeping service, so you have to take all of your dirty towels to the front desk each day to exchange. considering that one of their add on charges was a "linen fee", i was expecting a bit more. two overall minor complaints: the added fees to your actual room charge (we had a groupon for one night $79 but the actual total cost for 2 nights was $240). the check out time was a bit early 10 am, and check in is 4 pm. other than that, we had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Moderate accomodation but friendly staff

The reservation staff was excellent and we were able to get a good deal. They charge a $30 cleaning fee even for one night but the accomodation was only superficially clean.Don't look in the corners or in ceiling vent. It was nice to have a single night stay though. We had to call maintenance to get the bedroom heat to work & remotes needed attention, but they came quickly. The place is dated, popcorn ceilings, 80's tvs, noisy vent fan, bad lighting in tiny bathroom, crappy dishwasher and could use some serious updating. Dogs are supposedly not allowed but apparently owners are allowed to bring them (and not pick up after them either). Overall I would recommend the place because the staff is very accomodating and it is very close to ski area and town.

Having the full use of the community room was great - perfect for our family reunion group. Plus the community room & kitchen were well supplied with tables, chairs, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.. The staff was friendly & courteous. The grounds were well maintained. Our condo & the condos I visited were very nice indeed.
