What a wonderful base for our trip to Winter Park. The condo was clean and tidy, with everything we needed to relax after a day of skiing, and then a day of fishing. We had everything we needed to have a hearty breakfast before our adventures, and a dinner and a glass of wine after our tiring day. Both bathrooms were immaculate, and the beds are comfortable. The many couches in the living room allowed us to lounge around and watch on-demand movies at the end of the day.

This Winter Park condo is a real gem! It literally has everything you could ask for. A shuttle right outside the front door to take you to the resort or the town. Its located on a nice hill with a beautiful view from the back balcony. Would love to go back, and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Winter Park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo! The kitchen had everything we needed. The layout of the place was very nice with plenty of room. The view out of the back balcony is spectacular. Instead of television, we would sit and look out the back patio door at the mountains. We have nothing negative to say about this condo. We were well taken care of.

This condo was everything that was promised. Being a family of 3 we had a little extra space since you can sleep 6. With 2 bathrooms and the addition of 1 being a lock-out with separate sink and vanity really made getting ready easy. We felt the location was perfect, we prefer to be a little off-site from the mountain which enabled us to enjoy what the town of Winter Park had to offer. The resort was also only minutes away. We truly ate alot of meals right at the condo, the kitchen was fully stocked, right down to the wine glasses! The owner gave some great suggestions, we utilized the Community Center and ate at Hernandos. Great family vacation...memories of a lifetime! Thanks Michael for sharing your family get-away with us!

This rental was very clean and and comfortable . We were able to get to various locations easily by rental car and shuttle. We stayed 10 nights and were able to cooked each meal in the lovely updated kitchen. The convience of the washer/dryer was great.
The fireplace was very nice to sit by on those cold snowy evenings. Last but not least, Micheal was very easy to communicate with and always very prompt with his responses.
Again we had a great time and will go back this year. -

We had a wonderful experience in Winter Park and really enjoyed the clean, comfortable and convenient condo. The view from the porch was wonderful and there was plenty of room for the five of us. Michael could not have been more helpful! He was very professional and made wonderful suggestions. We would definitely stay there another time and will recommend it to our friends.

This was our family's first trip to Winter Park and we had an amazing time. Its very close to the Ski resort, which is the whole reason we went there, was to do some skiing & snowboarding. This was a plus for us! The condo is very clean and large for what we had expected. The kitchen has been updated and had everything we needed to cook our meals The condo is very close to downtown Winter Park where there's a lot of restaurants and shops. There's a Safeway market about 2 miles away where we were able buy groceries and anything else we needed. We enjoyed using the fireplace in the evening's & we were able to see the fireworks at night from the balcony.
We were very pleased with the accommodations and would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this condo to family & friends. I would like to put in one request to Michael how about a DVD player for the next trip, so we can rent and watch some movies? 5 of us recently stayed here for three nights. For those who want to stay in the village of Winter Park resort for a lot of money, and get ripped off by eating, drink, and renting only in that area... feel free. We preferred to stay in the town of Winter Park. The condo is a little too far to walk to the main street where the restaurants and shops are, but the location is nice, quiet, and just a few min drive to wherever we wanted to go. There are beautiful views of the mountains.
The condo is very clean and well equipped with everything - pots, pans, towels, extra linens and pillows, wine bottle opener, and much much more. We got in late the first night and the fact that there was a gallon of spring water in the fridge and coffee for the next morning was a lifesaver. Michael is very easy to communicate with and checked in with us on our first day to make sure everything was ok. He offers great suggestions on restaurants and activities.
It was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend to others. -

I am not sure where to start. It was a pleasure dealing with Michael from the initial inquiry until departure - especially when all aspects of our trip were planned at the last minute. The condo was super clean. Kitchen was fully equipped (with quality appliances, I might add). Plenty of space. Good value for the money.
The condo is less than a 10 min drive to the winter park resort (we also saw the resort shuttle stop right in front of the condo). Very convenient. Several restaurants within a few minutes of walking/driving distance. I am glad we followed on Michael's suggestion to try out the pizzeria.
Overall, a pleasant stay. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

This is a phenomenal home. The location is convenient and in a beautiful area of Winter Park. The condo is fresh and clean. Attention to detail is evident from the cleaning to all the amenities that have been provided. This house offers comfortable bedding, furniture, top of the line appliances, great amenities and great location. This home is well kept and enjoyable.
For those of us who enjoy cooking, this kitchen offers it all; pots, pans, baking items, utensils, crock pot, plus more - absolutely nothing is missing in this kitchen. There were many pantry and refrigerator items available. All kitchen appliances, including the washer/dryer have excellent performance! The bathrooms are well stocked. The bed linen is soft, with comfortable pillows and mattresses for a great nights sleep. The Living room is comfortable, & offers cable/Wifi. The Wifi is outstanding & incredibly fast.
To top everything off, the Owner, Michael, provides superb service. He has a delightful personality. He made sure necessary arrangements were made prior to us arriving and took the time to call us to ensure everything was satisfactory upon check-in/out. He was also interested in any suggestions we might have. We had a positive experience and are pleased with everything this home offers.
If you're looking for the perfect place to relax this is it.
Highly recommended - no other place compares! Thanks Michael for a wonderful visit. -

Very nicely updated 2nd floor condo in quiet location. Beautiful mountain views from the living room balcony, which had a few folding chairs & bar height table with stools...great for morning coffee or afternoon "happy hour". Condo was very clean and was stocked with all the basics, even coffee & filters. The location is very convenient to the main shopping area of WP (shops, restaurants, etc) and a good central location for day trips. Some of our day trips were Rmnp, Mt. Evans Scenic Byway, Grand Lake, Lariat Loop Scenic Byway, & Jackson Hole...all reasonable drives for one day. Michael is very friendly & helpful and contacted us the first day to make sure everything was ok...it was. He had previously emailed a helpful information package including condo directions, instructions, and suggestions for things to do in the area. Also, the WP Visitor Center will let you print your boarding passes...no charge. We would definitely stay here again and/or recommend . Thanks Michael!

I had an amazing time in Colorado thanks to Mr Belochi. His instructions, directions, and suggestions were extremely helpful not being from around there. The location is beautiful! The place was very clean, well stocked with linens and houseware, and modern! I will be returning for the winter to experience it all over again just with snow!

We stayed at the condo for 2.5 weeks - 2 adults and 2 small kids (a 2 and a 4 year old). The condo unit is quiet and has a great view down the mountain and then up the next one. A train runs by out in the valley that our 2 year old loved. Great deck, although if you have little ones you will want to keep an eye on them with the fence railing. The inside is remodeled and feels clean. 2 good sized bedrooms as well. Michael the owner is very helpful and worked hard on any thing we asked about.

A great place to stay, close to slopes and basically 5 minutes to get in town. All nice beautiful upgrades in the townhome, owner is super nice. Very reasonable price to stay especially being so close to the slopes and awesome view from the living room/balcony. I have no complaints.

The condo is very nice with easy access to Winter Park. The only issue we had is that we had is that we actually cook meals when we go snow skiing and we had some difficulty due to there weren't any measuring cups, a spatula and only one skillet. However, this would definitely not be a deal breaker and we will just know next time to bring our own. This place is great and the owner was very accomodating. If we come back to Winter Park we will definitely rent this property again.

This condo was great. The furnishings are really nice and it was very clean and well kept. There was even some coffee and other staples in the fridge and cupboards when we got there. It's a real short drive to the ski hill or the restaurants. And if you wanted to take the shuttle it's right in the parking lot.

We stayed in this condo for three nights with a group of 4. I was very pleased with how clean this condo was. It was spotless! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The view from the balcony was quite nice as well. The condo complex is clean and quiet. It is a short drive to the Winter Park Resort.
While we were there, the power went out the last night due to a wind storm. It was only out for 4 hours...mostly while we slept. I contacted the owner who placed a call to the electric company. I was very impressed with how accessible the owner was if there were any problems or concerns! He also contacted us upon our arrival to check if there were any questions or issues. Rent this condo! -

This place is just as described! Was in immaculate condition when we arrived. Just minutes from downtown and the resort. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Condo was cozy with plenty of space in the fridge for groceries. Love the dishes provided and the bathroom towels were a+ quality. Can't wait to get back!

The accommodation is simply fabulous,immaculate and high spec in every respect. The owner provided us with lots of information about the condo and the local area beforehand so everything went smooth on arrival.We were travelling with small children and an infant and the owner went the extra mile to make our stay even more confortable.Location is perfect for WP ski resort and WP Town with parking and bus stop just outside the door.
We would definately stay at the condo again and would highly recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit WP.

We were surprised when we arrived the place was larger than we anticipated. The updates were over the top. It felt like we were at home. There were so may extra blankets, pillows plus a back and play which was not needed but just surpised it was there. There is a great view of the "Continental Divide" sunrise every morning. Definitely be back next year!!

I had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous Winter Park Condo. The photos painted a beautiful picture of the condo, but yet the location still surpassed all of my expectations. The condo is located in a central location to local bars, ski resorts, and restaurants. The condo has a very modern look with a nice cozy winter location feel. I will be recommending this location to all of my family and friends. The owner Michael provided us with a list of local amenities that came in very handy since we were not familiar with the area. I will definitely be coming back to stay whenever I travel back to Winter Park.

I stayed at this condo for a long weekend and it was nothing short of spectacular. First off the location is perfect, a very short distance to shops, restaurants, ski rental equipment and the winter park ski resort, but still private, cozy and quiet. This condo had all the amenities, updated kitchen equipped with everything you could think of. Two baths (both with showers), good size bedrooms, flat screen tv with cable and a working fireplace. The place was immaculate upon arrival, clean would be an understatement. Mike the owner was very easy to work with and had a detailed list of instructions that covered everything from arrival to departure. He is also available at all times if you have any questions. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying many more times!

This place is exactly as advertised. A nicely remolded and furnished condo that has a ski bus stop right out the front door. A wonderful kitchen, comfortable beds, big Hd-tv, and was super clean. We were able to meet the owner briefly as we were arriving - he went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. He is looking for return customers, and we definitely will return.
The location was pretty easy to find with the directions and map provided, and was a nice quiet area. We could hear the train at night in the distance, but it wasn't bad, (I could see it being a bigger issue for other condo's in the area).

We weren't sure what to expect because it sounded too good to be true for the price. We were extremely pleased with the unit. It was super clean, with gorgeous upgrades! The kitchen and living room were very spacious. There were beautiful views from the large balcony. The location was great because you had two short easy routes to get to both sides of the town of Winter Park. We would highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

This condo is perfect for a simple, easy get-away for our family of four. Our two boys were comfy in their room and had lots of floor space to play board games or lounge around watching TV. The kitchen is gorgeous, there are thermostats in just about every room along with a nice fireplace and plenty of storage space for ski gear and luggage. The bus stop is right out the front door, could not be easier to get downtown or to the slopes, and our host made us feel at home with some nice welcoming touches. The building is a little older and the walls a bit thin so you can hear neighbors walking around, but nevertheless, we hope to return soon for more skiing and in the summer to enjoy the nice deck.

This condo was recently remodeled and updated with the latest appliances, carpets, and new TV. The kitchen and dining area are great and extremely convenient for entertaining. The location is just up the mountain from the village of Winter Park so there are great views of the mountains and surrounding area from the living room window, patio and master bedroom. The fireplace was great on the cold mornings. The commuter bus stop is next to the property so you have excellent access to the ski resort.

We are long time Vail skiers and decided to go to Winter Park for our last ski trip. This condo was easy to access, had a new beautifully equipped kitchen, lovely furniture and was very comfortable. It was so easy to drive to the base of the ski mountain and access the lifts. In the evening we drove a short distance for dinner.
I was very impressed with this condo as a ski retreat. -
