Nice trip
Carpets were dirty and when we got there it smelled funny but I brought cleaning supplies and got the smell out my the next day! I do real estate and felt it was surface cleaned but not deep cleaned for guest!

Awesome!
Our family had a great time in Winter Park staying at this awesome condo. Everything we needed was there and the layout is perfect for one or two families. The master bedroom is huge and takes up the entire second floor. Everything has been remodeled and found it to be an easy commute to the base of Winter Park. This condo is very clean and cozy. Oh and the hot tub is a short walk down the stairs which was a fantastic end to our ski day. We walked and rode the bus several times and found both to be easy. The bus does pick up and drop off right outside the condo. Loved this condo and we will for sure return. The staff is wonderful at this company too. We had just arrived home and they called to make sure our stay was great and see if we had any questions or concerns. Great follow up. I am a customer for life.

Great Stay!
This property was in a very good location - 5 minute walk to the base of Winter Park mountain and all the great skiing, shopping and restaurants that can be had. The property itself had all the amenities you'd expect in your own home and was very comfortable and inviting.

Great Unit
This was perfect for us and the price could not have been better. I checked other mountain towns and Winter Park beat them all.
Cedar Rapids
Convenient but noisey.
We found the condo convenient to get to and comfortable. The nightly trains were very noisey and caused sleeping to be difficult. Kitchen was hard to work in due to the placement of items and absent common items(rubber spatulas, bowls to mix in, and containers to place prepared food). Nicely decorated.

Manager
Thank you for taking the time to review the condo. We apologize that the train noise bothered you in the night. We have had reports over the last month that trains are honking more than they used to. We've reported it to the town of Winter Park, as they are supposed to refrain from honking in the night. In the past, this has not been a problem, so we are hoping that the issue is resolved shortly. In the winter, the snow muffles most of all the train noise - a funny phenomenon but true.
We apologize about the kitchen items and have since gone to the condo, and restocked glasses. We also rearranged items so they were easier to find as there were 4 mixing bowls, lots of tuperware, and 2 spatulas. They must have been hiding but now they are easy to find. Come back and stay with us again at any property for 15% off as our return guest.
