ArkansasWonderful family ski vacation.
Left on 01/17/2013 for a stay in December 2012
Winter Park was beautiful! We had two adults and three children and the accomodations were perfect! The best part was having a washer and dryer in the room. The only negative of the whole experience was the temperature was always too warm. We had to keep all the bedroom windows cracked for ventilation.

Avon, CTWe found winter at Winter Park Mary Jane
Left on 05/24/2012 for a stay in February 2012
The accommodations were comfortable and well equipped. Location was super. You're on the slopes and in the middle of the village. Easy to keep track of the kids in this environment. Getting to and from town is a quick ride n teh local shuttle. Getting back from Mary Jane by the local bus is easy and convenient. Winter Park is a great family mountain with something for every level of skier, and Mary Jane is an expert's paradise. Can you say moguls and trees? Parsen bowl - a great experience. Great value for the money just a couple of hours from Denver International.

Ocean, NJZephyr 2700 is convenient.
Left on 03/07/2012 for a stay in February 2012
This lodge is comfortable and convenient enough for us to return for a second time. However, like most properties, there are a few shortcomgs:a non functioning elevator, too much heat at night, uncomfortable pillows and way too much dust. Would I return? Maybe. It is hard to beat the location of the Zephyr.
Response from Winter Park Lodging Company - 03/14/2012
Manager
I'm sorry you found the pillows uncomfortable. We haven't heard that before so we'll let the owner know. It is dusty in March all over the resort - lots of snow that's getting dirty/dusty and windy making the dust fly. We keep the condos free of dust though, and hope you found that to be true. We do hope you will return!

Martin, TNGreat condo
Left on 01/05/2012 for a stay in December 2011
We have stayed in several condos at Zephyr and this is one of our favorites. The space was perfect for us (four adults and two young kids). It's in a great location at the end of a hallway. The Riverside building makes it easy getting to and from the lifts with young skiers. The in-unit washer and dryer was an added bonus. We love using Winter Park Lodging Company. The team is helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay in Zephyr 2700 again.

Left on 01/04/2012 for a stay in December 2011
Had a great time! It was our family Christmas we did this last year too and had a such a good time repeated it in 2011. Everything about the condo was great. One thing I would change is that the work out room doesn't open until 8 a.m. and with all of us coming from different parts of the country we are all on different time zones. That was bad waiting until 8 a.m. to get some exercise. Other then that the visit was great and perfect for a family. We had all ages and everybody had a great time. Yep, we will intend on doing this again next Christmas.

Left on 12/24/2011 for a stay in December 2011
We stayed at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge #2700 during our stay at Winter Park. The unit was very nice and had everything you need, even a washer and dryer in the unit. It's a little bit small, but not too bad. Four people fit comfortably. It's proximity to everything is fantastic. The Zephyr lift is a very short walk out the door as well as restaurants and shops. Nice to have a locker on the ground floor to store your ski's.

This mountainside condo has all the amenities needed to provide a relaxing setting after a day of skiing. The only drawback was the rock hard pillows.

Highlights ::
? Walk to the WP ticket counter
? Starbucks in same building
? Hot tub! w/ free towels
? Heated garage
? We slept 6 here comfortably
? Full kitchen, which we used to make dinner Saturday and it turned out great
? There is no night life in Winter Park, but we could walk to the Funky Monk
? 7th floor view. You see the WP Brewery sign directly out the window, the river and some other lodging buildings.
Lowlights ::
? Thought one vehicle stayed in garage free? I paid $14 /night x2 nights x2 vehicles = $56.
? How are we supposed to check out? The lady at the counter spent some time searching for my reservation, had two incorrect guesses ( wrong name? wrong dates? ), but then asked if I made a reservation through a different company. I just gave her the key cards and left.
? The people checking out at the same time had their key cards not work as they were taking trips to the car. They had to get new ones to get back into their rooms.
? Sofa sleeper had broken support bar. I notified Wplc and they volunteered to fix the same day but I declined as that person slept on the folded in couch instead.
? Doors don't shut well, but apparently everyone in the hotel knows this. Had to slam the front door several times to close.
In all, a great weekend! I would rent this room again ... but hoping to get more people to go next time and get a bigger room :-) -

The condo was very comfortable and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Just remember to bring your own cell phone, since there is no other phone in the unit.

The property was fairly nice and comfortable. The only ossues i had were access to the hot tub and the ski locker area.
The hot tub access required a very long route through the parking garage and hallways.
The locker area had a snowboard ski rack at the exit with lockers surrounding. People utilized this as a staging area and it made it difficult (with the rack)to negotiate your way through people getting dressed.
I really liked the location close to the slopes and adjacent to the skating pond.Response from Winter Park Lodging Company - 03/11/2010
Manager
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We have shared your feedback with the building management about the ski locker area. Sounds like you were there when a lot of people were using the ski locker. Usually it's pretty empty, but I can see how the additional snowboard/ski storage they have installed would make it crowded when there are a lot of people around.
We look forward to having you back next year! -

We were very pleased with the unite we rented. It felt homey. The gift basket and welcome bottle of wine was nice and unexpected a touch. We had to contact the rental company for assistance twice and they were very quick in responding to our needs and very helpful. We did appreciate the convenience of the in unite washer and dryer. It took us a while to figure out the correct use of the pliers to turn on the light in the bathroom, but all was well.
Response from Winter Park Lodging Company - 02/05/2010
Manager
Glad you had a great time! We have since fixed the light switch in the bathroom, so no need for pliers again. Come back and stay with us again. We'd love to have you.

Guaynabo, PRExcellent Ski in/out Property
Left on 02/09/2009 for a stay in January 2009
I recommend this property to any family looking to spend a great vacation in a beautiful ski resort. The service and prices are unbeatable. No other places offer a ski in / ski out in Colorado with the same level of Quality as the one offer by WPLBO at the Zephyr in Winter Park. WPLBO customer balance helps me save even more money in restaurant, ski rental and ski lift tickets.
