Description: This new condo is beautifully decorated with granite counters, new furnishings, and a bunk room. Enjoy the seclusion of Fraser but the convenience of the grocery store nearby and easy access to the slopes at Winter Park Resort. You’ll love the 2 outdoor hot tubs, washer/dryer, and private garage.

Sleeping Arrangements: Queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, plus a pullout queen sofa bed in the living room. This end unit condo sleeps up to 8.

Distance to Resort: Located in Fraser, 6 miles from Winter Park Resort base.

Check-In: 4 pm

Check-Out: 10 am

      Winter Park Lodging company did a great job with customer service. Every person we talked with was helpful and sincere (except maybe one.) We really liked the unit. It is actually the second time we have stayed here and would stay again. We had 4 and enjoyed the space and furnishings. There are 2 sets of bunk beds in the second bedroom of which only 2 mattresses were comfortable. The queen bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, my husband and I usually sleep in a king and this queen was great! Great views from every window and easy to get to.

      This unit was very nice and located close to shopping/slopes. Shuttle stop outside unit. One car garage that was nice. Very clean! Would stay again. The winter park lodging staff were very helpful and great to work with.

      A Very Good Experience

      We spent a four day weekend in this Condo. We were very pleased with everything regarding the unit. Proximity to the shuttle is a real nice bonus as well as the heated garage.

      A nice place, but not exactly as we had hoped!

      Upon our arrival, a nice location, but then to find the hot water turned off, and spend the next one to one and a half hours waiting for hot water,then the next morning to cook breakfast, and find some dirty kitchenware(it had been washed,but not looked at good before being put away!)This was not my wife's greatest experience, and she was a bit put out.Also, it had a couple lights not working, and no outdoor grille.Sorry, we were not overly impressed.

      On the outskirts of Winter Park in Fraser, this place was easy to find and perfect for our family of 4. It could easily sleep 2 more. Beautiful on the inside and you could tell the owners want families to enjoy this place. The kids felt at home and played games that were left there for all to enjoy.

      We had a great stay at the timbers #1,unit 2.
      The Unit is nicely furnished,especially the Kitchen.
      The only complaint that I have would be that the Coffey Mugs were Dirty and a frying Pan was full of Grease.
      We were glad to find a Memory foam Pad to put on the Pull-out Sofa.The Location is covenient. I would definitley consider returning to the Timbers.
      The Services from Winterpark Rentals were accurate and very friendley.

      Thanks once again to Wplc for an excellent trip to Colorado. The condo that we rented was clean, spacious and affordable. The only complaint was from the teenagers that the bunk mattresses weren't soft enough. The kitchen was well equipped, the condo was clean, and communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. See you in the Spring!

      We loved the condo. Very comfortable. Clean, Lovely kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and comfortable living room with nice TV & Dvds. Lovely deck for afternoon resting after a day of mountain biking. The property managers were very responsive, prompt, and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

      The condo we stayed in was great! The directions were a bit confusing since
      the road signs had changed but once we found it, it was fine. The one
      complaint we had was that it wasn't cleaned very well. The furniture was dusty
      and we found random items under one of the bunk beds in the guest room.
      Also, most of the dishes we pulled out of the cabinets were dirty. Other than
      that, the bathrooms were clean and the condo is well kept.
      We would consider staying there again. We felt very comfortable there.

      Great place!

      The condo comfortably housed five adults and two toddlers. Kitchen was very well stocked and we appreciated the vast selection of spices!The sleds were a nice touch for the little ones. The only critical piece was that we could not figure out how to get the bedrooms warm. I'm sure WPLC would been on the spot with a phone call, however, we settled for being chilly at night. The condo's neighbors were friendly and the ski bus was very convenient! We will stay again. Thank you for the great memories!

      We enjoyed our stay. The unit had plenty of room for the 5 of us. There were enough supplies in the cupboards to cook easily. Pretty much everything we needed we found somewhere in the unit.
      The bed in the master bedroom is very soft and we were told that would be upgraded. All of the other beds were great.

      Accomodations were just as described. Close to the bus stop, shopping, places to eat yet very private. Kitchen was extremely well equiped. The only issue we had was the glass coffee table in the living room...maybe we're just the clutz family, but every one of us bumped the table multiple times. Would recommend to the owner putting in a big, soft ottoman instead. The bunk beds were much more comfortable than the master bed but that may just be personal preference. We will definitely be back to this condo again.

      A great family trip

      Our family had a wonderful trip! This was our children's first trip to CO and Winter Park and it couldn't have been better.
