This new condo nestled in the woods is beautifully decorated with granite counters,  new furnishings, huge dvd collection, and a bunk room.  Enjoy the seclusion of Fraser but the convenience of a nearby shuttle stop, grocery store,  and easy access to the slopes and Winter Park. The two new outdoor hot tubs will sooth those sore muscles after a great day on the slopes, and the private garage will keep all your gear and your car warm. Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps up to eight with a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin bunk beds in the second bedroom, plus a pull out queen sofa bed in living room.     A nice place, but not exactly as we had hoped!

    Upon our arrival, a nice location, but then to find the hot water turned off, and spend the next one to one and a half hours waiting for hot water,then the next morning to cook breakfast, and find some dirty kitchenware(it had been washed,but not looked at good before being put away!)This was not my wife's greatest experience, and she was a bit put out.Also, it had a couple lights not working, and no outdoor grille.Sorry, we were not overly impressed.

    On the outskirts of Winter Park in Fraser, this place was easy to find and perfect for our family of 4. It could easily sleep 2 more. Beautiful on the inside and you could tell the owners want families to enjoy this place. The kids felt at home and played games that were left there for all to enjoy.

    We had a great stay at the timbers #1,unit 2.
    The Unit is nicely furnished,especially the Kitchen.
    The only complaint that I have would be that the Coffey Mugs were Dirty and a frying Pan was full of Grease.
    We were glad to find a Memory foam Pad to put on the Pull-out Sofa.The Location is covenient. I would definitley consider returning to the Timbers.
    The Services from Winterpark Rentals were accurate and very friendley.

    Excellent Service!

    Thanks once again to Wplc for an excellent trip to Colorado. The condo that we rented was clean, spacious and affordable. The only complaint was from the teenagers that the bunk mattresses weren't soft enough. The kitchen was well equipped, the condo was clean, and communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. See you in the Spring!

    We loved the condo. Very comfortable. Clean, Lovely kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and comfortable living room with nice TV & Dvds. Lovely deck for afternoon resting after a day of mountain biking. The property managers were very responsive, prompt, and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.
