Great value, extremely clean and comfortable

Left on 04/03/2013 for a stay in March 2013

Our stay in Winter Park was very enjoyable! The condo was unexpectedly nicer than we had imagined it would be.. Rustic and comfortable with all the amenities we could ever need. The location was perfect too! The free town shuttle picked us up right outside the condo and we were off to the slopes! We loved the location because it was right in town and we walked to restaurants after a full day of skiing. Our favorite place was The Library Bar ad Grill right across the street! It was definitely a local hangout and the prices were unbelievable! Food was great too! If we come back to Winter Park again, we will definitely rent this condo!

      Pretty good

Left on 03/09/2012 for a stay in March 2012

The condo was roomy, had nice amentities (although it was just a little outdated).
Check in was early, the location within town was fantastic. And my bed was very comfortable. The kitchen did truly have plenty of tools for cooking, and the layout of the space was roomy and extremely functional.

Although: My socks turned slightly brown from walking around on the carpet, there was a used tooth pick on the side table, the kitchen counters were wiped down but there was a substantial layer of dust on the counter between/under the items stored on the counter, and both the coffee table and the kitchen table a numerous crumbs on them, and there was a majic eraser sponge left on one of the chairs. The couches and chairs were average in comfort.

Overall it did not appear unclean, but the lack of attention to detail did make me worry about the cleanliness of other items not as easily detectable.

Overall the value was great, and the beds were very comfy. I just wish a little better attention was paid to the counters and table tops. Perhaps the cleaning person was having a bad day. All the major items (beds, baths, dishes, refrigerator were very clean.

Great time in the high country

Left on 08/01/2011 for a stay in June 2010

We had never been to the Rockies in the summer. The condo was a perfect location from which to explore the area. We drove up to the continental divide, had a blast on the alpine slide and just enjoyed traveling through the beautiful surroundings. The condo is within easy walking distance of all of Winter Park and we could even enjoy the Music Festival from our balcony.

Large, modern and beautifully furnished in great location.

Re Braidwood 304 at 377 Lion's Gate Road, Winter Park, CO.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Unit 304 at Braidwood Condos in Winter Park. The condo is large, modern and beautifully furnished with many family amenities one would usually only find at home. The location is wonderful, right in a small town (other towns are close by), with many nice restaurants--everything from pizza (Hernando's is great) to fine dining. We easily accessed and enjoyed outdoor activities like hiking, fly-fishing, white water rafting and alpine slide riding (wow, what a thrill!). We also had a chance to relax in the comfortable condo. We had a great time. Thanks!

A beautiful and relaxing week in the mountains!

Left on 07/28/2011 for a stay in July 2010

Everything in the condo was perfect. We had everything we needed and was very comfortable in the nicely decorated condo. It is in a perfect location for a beautiful view as well as close to town for everything you might want to do.
We plan to defitinitely return for another wonderful week!

      Nice rental - bad parking

Left on 08/27/2009 for a stay in August 2009

We came up for the Veterans Rally - on motorcycles. My first look at the
building included a steep gravel driveway and parking lot - not frendly to
bikes. The underground garage was sloped and slippery due to extremely
dusty concrete. I would not choose this unit for arriving on two wheels but the
      unit itself was very good.
