The Vacations Inc staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Checkin was easy and fast. The property itself is about 1200 square feet. It is directly across the street from a bus stop, and the very next stop is Winter Park Resort Base area.
That is the good part. The property was built in 1981, and at the time we stayed is on the market for sale. It appears very little has been updated since it was built. There is carpet in the bathrooms, the stove and dishwasher appear to be original. In fact, the stove is so old the markings for the controls are gone, I baked cookies to a crisp in the oven in 3 minutes flat.
The master bedroom is large, and had a comfortable bed. The sleeper sofa was missing springs and was sinking through the frame. The vertical blinds were missing several slats and made it difficult to completely close out the light. A train track is nearby and the trains run (and blare their horns) very early in the morning. -

This was my first time in Winter Park and WP Place. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was great. The only minor complaint was that the stove was a little finicky. But the place was great otherwise!

We enjoyed our stay a Winter park Place during the 2010 winter park jazz festival, the home was very inviting except for the dirty master bathroom shower floor which was very cleaned even though we called and request house keeping. every thing else about the condo was perfect. we would love to stay again as long as he shower floor is cleaned.
