Location was good!!!
The condo was a little out dated. The kitchen essentials so could use an up date. They could also invest in some better mattresses. There was dog hair all over the comforter in the master bedroom, but the over all stay was ok.

very nice place, inconvenient to get to ski resort
this is a beautiful and comfortable property right near old town winter park but some thought needs to be put into how to efficiently get people to and from the ski resort. It's too close to be that difficult to find a shuttle and some times we had to wait up to 15 minutes. One day we even walked we had waited so long for the shuttle and got to the base before the shuttle did. The full loop should only be 5-10min - how can you have to wait 15 or more for a bus?

Thank you for taking the time to review the property. Yes, the shuttle in Old Town can be a 15 minute wait if you arrive to the stop just as the other one leaves. If you have comfortable shoes, the walk to the base is an easy one, or you could drop off skiers at the base if you don't want to wait for the shuttle. It arrives from downtown Winter Park, so if there is a delay there, it can be 15 minute intervals for pick up.

Very Nice Place to Stay
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The balcony and view were so relaxing along with the hot tub, just a short walk from the front door. Underground parking was a treat especially for the safety of our boat and it's contents. We were very happy to have this large rental since we had two full days of rain. The cool days allowed us to use and enjoy the gas log. The Winter Park Lodging Company girls were very personable and accommodating.

Awesome Place
Stayed Spring Splash weekend. Everything was top notch. Great location, close enough to walk to base. Condo was everything we had hoped it would be..comfortable, clean, and plenty of room. Hot tub nice...and close. Hope to go back this summer!!

Very Good Value
Lovely, spacious condo with a nice view. Great underground parking. It was luxurious to have 3 full baths and the master bath shower was a real pleasure. Improvements? More hangers and more pillows - there wasn't enough of either. We hope to be back!
