Evans, ColoradoConvenience, comfort and amazing access!
Left on 04/20/2013 for a stay in April 2013
It was a wonderful surprise to have such a comfortable, roomy one bedroom place for our long Winter Park weekend. We had all the comforts of home, easy access to hot tub, and village shops and restaurants at the base of the mountain it was a great spring experience! Winter Park Lodging was so accommodating...everything was ready and when a small issue came up in our original reservation, they worked with us to come to Frasiers Crossing. Wow...wonderful people to work with. They even went the extra mile to assist me when my accountant needed documents sent to him on Saturday. These folks @WPL are awesome. We have n 8 year old son and when Rachael from Winter Park Lodging followed up on how we enjoyed our stay, untold them that was the first rental we had that had provided a card key for our son and he thought they were the best. Two days later, they sent him a note thanking him for staying and sent him one of their lanyards that I hadn't let him keep. This company and this property were more than we bargained for four our 4day get away...thank you Winter Park Lodgong Company!!

Orange Beach, ALCustomer Service - 2nd to None!!
Left on 04/04/2013 for a stay in March 2013
I was a first time visitor to WP and it will not be my last. From the initial phone call to our departure, my family was taken care of in the best way. The unit was perfect. The only meal we ate in the unit was breakfast, but the kitchen was stocked if we wanted to do more cooking. The kids loved walking out of the unit to the hot tub. The wagons made the walk easy and comfortable for my 3 and 6 year old to the lifts.
We live in a beach resort town and have been in the hospitality industry my whole life, with my family owning a vacation rental business. The customer service at WP Lodging Co. impressed me the most. We were constantly called (but not too much) to see if every service we ordered was on time, handled accordingly and if we were pleased. The staff and follow up were superb. The ski school staff made my children's first time skiing an enjoyable one.
For me and my wife, we found the slopes to be perfect without long waiting lines for the lifts. We couldn't fit in all the trails but what we loved most was how kid friendly Winter Park is. We are definitely coming back next spring break. -

Our stay could not have been better! From the more than accommodating staff at Wplc to the perfect location of this property. You cannot go wrong with this unit. Literally steps away from the hot tub, restaurants, and most important the Zephyr Lift.

UKThis is a cosy, convenient condo.
Left on 02/22/2012 for a stay in February 2012
This condo is ideally placed just across the road from the main ski lift. The condo opens straight out onto the amenties deck. This is wonderful after a long day ski-ing to be able to walk straight into the hot tub. However the downside is that all the high school students gather on the deck on a Friday and Saturday night and 'party'. This is not good when you have young children with you trying to sleep.

We loved our Fraser Crossing Condo. Perfect size for a family of four. Loved the short walk to the slopes and having our own ski locker. We felt very spoiled having heated parking such a short walk from our room. The price was very reasonable with all the extra amenities. We look forward to coming back.

Highlands Ranch, COIt was a great weekend getaway!
Left on 10/13/2011 for a stay in October 2011
Our family stayed here during the first snow of the season. Although we were snowed in for most of the weekend, we enjoyed relaxing in front of the fire with some movies. The full kitchen was so nice...we could eat in! The pull out bed was comfortable for the kids and the king bed was nice too. Our kids really enjoyed the huge bath tub! I think our whole family could have fit in the shower! It was a great place to stay!!

My husband and I wanted to see Winter Park and figure out why we travel through Eisenhower Tunnel when we could go to Winter Park. The highway has been greatly improved and the views are wonderful. The Village of Winter Park has great condos. The hot tub was welcoming even in the rain. We went to Deno's Bistro in Winter Park during happy hour and the happy hour menu was exactly what we needed. Loved the Mexican food at azteca, Winter Park for lunch. Large menu, family-friendly, great food. Trail Ridge was closed due to snow and fog, but we did see some early aspens in their fall colors. Rmnp is always a photo op and so close to Winter Park. We will be back soon -- rain or snow!

Left on 08/17/2011 for a stay in August 2011
The unit was immaculate and the office staff couldn't have been nicer. We received a call from them before our stay as well as after. Location was fabulous and the easy access to the hot tub and courtyard made this a great area for our child. The room got a bit warm without a/C since it was hot outside but when we opened up door and window it cooled down fairly well. We look forward to our next stay here.

We loved our recent stay at Fraser Crossing. The condo was so clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The location on the 3rd floor so that we could walk out to the deck and hot tub was wonderful. We loved everything about our stay!

We had a wonderful experience in Winter Park and at Fraser Crossing. We were able to walk to the main lift and ski school in minutes - it was so close and so easy. All of the shops and activities in the village were just across the street. The 3rd floor was especially great with easy access to the hot tub and laundry facilities. The rooms were very nice and the bathroom was spacious. Winter Park Lodging Company staff was extremely accomodating, friendly, and met our every expectation. The discounts and and tips were really helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Left on 02/16/2011 for a stay in February 2011
Skiing was great so that always affects my outlook so I have to get picky to criticize the unit, but here it goes:
- Refrigerator and dishwasher loud so sleeping on pullout sometimes disrupted by nighttime activity of appliances.
- Bedroom bed a bit firm for my liking so I usually awoke in middle of night but that could have been in anticipation of tomorrow's skiing or the fact that I usually sleep on waterbed.
- Some noise from adjacent units and hallways. Really was not a problem but could be if the Louds were lodging next door.
- While unit is very clean and pretty, the construction of cabinets was poor and these will be a ongoing issue for owners (this really isn't a concern for renter's but just an observation that developer skimped when he could).
- Bench in hot tub was too high so you couldn't sit upright and be fully immersed in tub. Solved problem by laying down on bench but it was a bit odd.
- For the price, toiletries such as shampoo, soap, TP, and paper towels should be provided for the duration of your stay. We were told to bring our own as the starter supplies would run out for family of four staying 6 nights. A bit lame.
- Unit has a tendency to overheat.
Now the pluses:
- Great location, easy walk to lifts in morning and lunch...maybe two minutes tops.
- Kitchen fairly well stocked with utensils (no spices or other cooking needs though except sugar, oil, salt, and pepper).
- Gas fireplace available to dry out damp gear but a drying string with some clips under the mantle would be a nice touch to allow one to hang gloves, etc.
- Well sized. The four of us were very comfortable and not in each other's space.
- Ample hot water for showers, etc. Nice bathroom.
- Hot tub conveniently located just outside unit on patio. Nice soak.
- TVs in both room worked fine with good cable TV.
- High speed iternet provided and good connection. -

The ease of checkin and checkout was great. Everything was ready upon arrival. The room was comfortable, but the inflatable matress did not have batteries for the air pump and leaked. The room was very clean and quite. The staff checked up on us to make sure everything went well on arrival and to see if we needed anything.

Glad you had a great trip, Daniel. We have thrown out that mattress based on you bringing our attention to the leak. Got a brand new one you can use next time.
Hope you'll be back!

Nice place. Liked the proximity to the elevators and the hot tub.
The door to the bedroom and the door from the bedroom to the bathroom would not lock due to being out of alignment. It would have been nice to have privacy. The bathroom door squeaked loudly and needs adjustment as it will not close easily...it sticks. Other than these minor problems everything else was fine. -

Positives: WPL Co was very responsive, attentive; great location--walk to lift; underground parking; "full" kitchen; same level as hot tub, grill; good coupon book for discounts on lift tickets; comfortable for 2 adults, 2 children; in-room fitting of boots by Winter Park Ski rental and ski storage at lift; great ski school for kids; use of Zephyr Lodge gym
Negatives (minor): no washer/dryer in condo; little control over temperature (was too warm at times but opening window fixed problem); no fresh linens/towels during 5 night stay -

My husband and a friend stayed at Frazier Crossing #3307 Feb 6-10
We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean which is a very important issue for me
It was very well stocked. We loved being so close to the outside hot tub.
As I have told you in conversations, the only issue we had was we expected to be across the road. Once we dealt with that we found the walk not to be too bad.
We hope to return in the future, but would like to be across the road.
Thanks again for a great stay

My kids and I have stayed at 8 different ski locations over the past 8 years. This has been the best. The facility were close to the lifts and the town. The hot tub was great and the kitchen saved us lots of "eating out" money. Can't wait to come back!
Will recommend it to all my friends. -

The pictures don't do justice to the quality, beauty and comfort of this condo. As soon as my wife and I walked in, we just looked at each other with our eyes open wide and smiled. These condos look and feel brand new. Excellent lighting, high quality furniture, fixtures, bed, appliances...everything.
I will definitely ask for the same place when I go back.
And the Winter Park Lodging Company service is excellent. Super nice people always willing to answer any questions and assist with our stay.
