      Great condo, perfect location, as with all Frasers and Founders Condos the internal heat is hard to control - you need to open the windows :)

      Fraser crossing is so convenient to the lifts. It's easy to have lunch in your condo and then head back out. The hot tub was a good temperature for my kids and size able. The condo was clean and comfortable, but could have used a broiler pan, a vegetable peeler, another pan and a toaster that worked. However, we came to ski so those details were not that important to us.

      This was a perfect place to stay for my family of four. The location was excellent and made our mornings easy with getting the kids to ski school. The unit was clean and updated with ample space. The kitchen was moderately appointed and was fine for a couple of days. Long term stays and anyone who planned on cooking a lot of meals here might want for more items available in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again for a long weekend!

      Best place to stay in Winter Park

      It was the perfect place to stay! Close enough to the slopes and Village. Once you parked your car in the underground (yeah, no snow on the car) parking garage you really did not have to leave the Resort to do anything fun. Our child got sick and it was great that my husband could just walk over and get food and by the end of the vacation my son was better and we did a little shopping in the Village. We are planning on returning in the Summer to show our son that there is actually green stuff under all that snow!!

      The Staff at Winter Park Lodging was outstanding. Once they found out our child was sick they did everything in their power to make sure we were fine and even went to bat for us on the refund of our lift tickets and ski rental.

      We will definitely be back!!

      nice ski getaway!

      we returned to this condo after a year, because we really liked the service and the location.
      Unfortunately this this the condo was not very clean, really dusty and dirt spots in bedroom and bathroom.
      We also missed some kitchen gear and we have the feeling that some things broke or got lossed and are not replaced.
      The intnet access was excellent!

      Really liked the layout of the condo and all of the amenities. A bit of a walk from the elevators, but I didn't mind. Very quite and secluded location with great views from the balcony off the living room. I would definitely stay here again.

      The condo in Frasier Crossing was a perfect location for the activities we enjoy in Winter Park. It was spacious for a one bedroom and clean. We were surprised at how conscientious the staff was in checking on us during our stay and after our departure. We would recommend Frasier Crossing to our friends and family and hope to go back again soon! Thanks to Groupon we scored an exceptional deal.

      The condo was very nice and clean. However, there are several problems: There is no front desk to call if one has an issue to deal with. There was no phone in our condo nor a phone book. If there was a medical emergency we would have to use our cell phones and that is a problem for 911. The temperature in the condo was 87.6 we had to sleep with the door open all night and fans on high. We were told that the heat could not be adjusted? so we had to run the fans and leave the door open

      I'm sorry to hear of the issues you had. Some condos in Fraser/Founder's do not have land lines. We have checked the condo to see if somehow the heat was on, and it was not, so it must have been a really warm night that night in the mountains. I apologize we don't have air conditioning in Winter Park so there are a few nights that can be warm.
      We are available 24/7 to help you. The phone number is on the fridge, and in your check in instructions. Next time, give us a ring, and we'll come up and figure out what's going on with the heat.

      I decided to take my husband here for our 10th anniversary. It was beautiful! We loved the atmosphere, enjoyed our room, the thought that goes into the vistors visit is great. We decided we will be there for our anniversary every year from now on!

      Perfect winter getaway!!

      We really enjoyed our stay in the Fraser Crossing. Close by everything! a 5 minutes walk to the slopes and village. The service was good and even the frontdesk was very helpfull.
      There were 2 things to remark: There was only 1 washingmachine for the whole building. The other one was out of order. worked only with quarters(only to get at the frontdesk in Zephyr)
      The other thing is that the condo was not really clean when we entered. Especially the bathroom and bedroom did need some extra cleaning.

      Wplc is fantastic! We had a great time staying here. Also, we got snowed-in for an extra night and Wplc hooked us up at a discounted rate. Only critical item was the cleaners could have done a better job before we arrived--we had to go over some spots in the kitchen and bathroom.
