~Premier Property~The Telemark property is a newly constructed townhome complex off the main street in downtown Winter Park – a great location to walk to all of the downtown activities and attractions. During the winter months, the free shuttle accesses the property every ½ hour. These units offer lavish interior decor and some of the high end finishes that afford a luxury getaway. Vacation Inc., Did a wonderful job of reserving Telemark #582 for me and my family, the Townhome was beautiful and very well appointed, the location to all activities was great.
the entire staff of vacation inc, was friendly and very helpful. The only negative experience was the rudness of the colorado drivers the all drive like they are rushing to a fire! Also the shoppers down at the local grocery store (safe way) I think, I was always taught to walk on the right side, go luck if you can navigate through the store or town without getting run down. All In all this was my 2 time to visit winterpark and I will be back... -

Telemark 582 is a very nice unit. There were plenty of beds for all the adults in our party of 6. There were plenty of cooking utensils and dishes for our party. The washer and dryer was a very nice feature and used several times.
The coffee pot was very dirty (the interior)when we arrived, which we cleaned, but still it wasn't up to our cleanliness standards. The unit did not have a vacuum, or a broom with a dust pan. After 2 days of our 5 day stay we would have liked to do some cleaning of the floors. The remote for the DVD and receiver were missing, or not included with the unit. A few more towels would have been nice for our entire party before exchange day. We did not exchange our towels, but washed them with other laundry we had. Only two trash bags were given, but we used those in a day and had to request more right away. Beds were comfortable, but not all beds had additional blankets for our colder guests.
Overall, we would recommend this unit, but more supplies for a unit of this size is needed.
