My only concern with High Country house 1116 was we were on the third floor of a wooden structure that had open (wood fire)fireplaces in each condo, no sprinkler system, no smoke detectors, with all escape routes on the same side of the building.
Though I thought our condo was very nice, every night I went to sleep thinking I was in a firetrap
