GuadalajaraGreat place to stay
Left on 02/03/2013 for a stay in January 2013
This is the second time we stay at this property and we loved it again, there were some changes in the place since last year like LCD Tv's an all rooms, granite countertop in the kitchen, all this indicates that the owners like to maintain the place in perfect condition. The view from the living room is incredible, we had one fox who came to visit every night ans we saw a family of moose 150 ft. from the house on the occations, we will definitely will be returning to this property next year. Needless to say Winter Park Lodging Company gives the best service arranging all needs for our vacations, very professional and courteous service.

So glad to have you back to Grandview year after year and that you found it was maintained in such good condition. We work hard to achieve that so it's great to hear. We appreciate you as well and love having you back year after year.

Left on 08/16/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We loved our stay at Grandview and are already looking forward to coming back. We really had no big issues to speak of. The upstairs sink needs to be fixed and the door knob on the door leading from the master bedroom to the deck is falling off...other than that...we had a great time!
Response from Winter Park Lodging Company - 09/06/2012
Manager
Thank you for the feedback. We have fixed the sink and door knob. Thanks for the heads up! Hope to see you here again soon.

We enjoyed every minute of our trip thanks to all the team at Winter Pack Lodging Company, the house was in perfect condition and it was very comfortable, spacious and with a great view. It is very well located just a couple of blocks away from Safeway and close to the trails.
I would recommend this property to anyone and defenitely will be returning next season. -

This 3 bdrm 3 bath condo is perfect for 3 couples or a group of friends. The upstairs kitchen/living/dining room is very spacious and up to date. The indoor hot tub is a big plus. The view was fabulous. The reservation gals were very helpful.

We really enjoyed the condo and the great view. two minor problems - wrong coffee pot for the type of coffee maker resulted in coffee grounds all over the counter. Lights in kithchen did not work properly.

Left on 03/30/2011 for a stay in March 2011
Our stay was nice overall but there are a couple of things that need attention. My husband and I slept in the upstairs bedroom and the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress is in terrible condition, very stained and worn. The only cover on it was a thin sheet. All the other beds in the condo were in very good shape. There is a washer and dryer, which was nice, however the dryer does not work properly. The condo is very nice overall and the view is beautiful. Very close to the Safeway store. I would stay there again if I could be sure that the bed had been upgraded.

Grandview 506 was awesome! Great views, clean, and spacious! There was a group of 7 of us and it was extremely accommodating! Winter Park Lodging Company were so friendly and helpful! The place is only about a 5 minute drive to Winter Park and Safeway is right at the bottom of the hill for groceries! I definitely recommend this place and can't wait to stay there again next winter!!

Grand Rapids, MIGrandview indeed
Left on 09/28/2010 for a stay in September 2010
The house was great. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The view was amazing. However, if you're looking for a place that kids can step outside and play, this isn't the right place. The house is located up on a bluff, so there is a deck and about 5 feet of grass and then a long steep drop off. Overall very good experience.

Dallas, TXGrandview is the perfect name for this condo
Left on 03/24/2010 for a stay in March 2010
This condo was definitely as pretty as the pictures on-line. Views were fabulous!! The condo was spacious and well laid out. It is a very convenient location right behind Safeway and across the street from the shuttle stop. It seems like one has to take a car or shuttle to get to the slopes in Winter Park no matter where you stay, so may as well stay some place really nice.
We loved the personal service provided by Winter Park Lodging. From the opportunity to buy discount coupons for lift tickets to the reminders to reserve out ski's in advance to the frequent monitoring of the hot tub chemicals. Definitely above average customer service. Would rent from them again! -

Nashville, TNFabulous!
Left on 03/04/2010 for a stay in February 2010
Our group of 10 people loved this place! The layout was perfect and the "shared living spaces" like the kitchen and family room were large and relaxing. The views were fantastic and the location was great too. The free shuttle turned out to take way longer (around 25-30 min each way) than we'd hoped, so we ended up driving to/from the slopes and parked for free- much easier. We cooked every night but the first (Hernando's Pizza is a must! Not JUST for the amazing salads and pizza, but also the atmosphere... the bbq pizza was my favorite!!) and the kitchen was easy and well equipted. The beds were comfortable and clean, but keep in mind... you really only have 10 sets of towels which kept us washing/drying them in order to use both the showers AND hottub. The staff at WPLC was tremendously helpful from the time of booking all the way through out our stay. And the coupon books make you feel like you are stealing lift tickets! Oh, and our entire group (from expert snow boarders to beginner skiers) LOVED skiing Winter Park, CO!!! We will definitely be back- the mountain gigantic and wonderful and the town is perfect and not overpriced, and we all hope to stay at Grandview 506... unless we talk about the trip so much that our group grows to 20 people next year! :)

Left on 02/11/2010 for a stay in January 2010
This was a last minute decision to go away and this house was EXACTLY what I needed. I traveled alone and had this great big house all to myself. IT WAS WONDERFUL!! To sit by the fireplace on the couch and look out of those big floor to ceiling windows was breathtaking.
I can't begin to praise and give kudos to the staff at Winter Park Lodging Co. They were overly accommodating and I will definitely use the again on another trip to CO. Samantha was great and so very sweet :)
I would recommend this house to ANYONE!!!
If I could get a group of people to come with me next time, I would absolutely look into staying at this house again!
Wonderful experience in Colorado. It was my 1st time there and did many exciting things that I wouldn't do back at home.
Loved my time there :) -

Left on 01/31/2010 for a stay in January 2010
When we arrived, we were missing one coupon book that we had purchased. I called and it was brought over within 30 minutes! The condo was awesome--even better than the pictures. The 10 of us were very comfortable, the view was amazing and the hot tub fantastic. It was great being on the shuttle route to the resort and being so close to the grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked minus the scratched teflon skillets, so we just improvised and made a frittata with our eggs in the oven. My entire family had a fabulous experience and we plan on returning again next January!

Grandview 506 was fantastic! It was very clean, spacious, and right on the bus route to Winter Park.
The staff at Winter Park Lodging Company was very friendly and helpful. They called before we arrived to make sure we had all the necessary information like the security code to enter the residence. They were also quite helpful when I called to verify directions after regular business hours.
Our overall experience was fantastic. I would stay there again if given the opportunity. -

Beaverton, ORGreat Summer Trip With The Family
Left on 09/17/2009 for a stay in August 2009
Hard to say much bad about this place. Spent 4 nights here with a great view, VERY large very clean condo with comfy beds, nice to have an indoor hot tub, and a washer and dryer. Far enough from main road and train that neither are of any concern as far as noise goes. Very easy to find. The kitchen was great. There is a grocery store at the bottom of the hill from this place for all your grocery needs. The staff at WPLC called both at check in and check out to discuss any problems. Only a few minute drive to Winter Park resort area, and about 30 minutes from entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Lots to do at Winter Park Resort in the summer, esp for kids. Most places over rate their accommodations, this place underrates them.
If I am ever in this area again, I will stay here again -

Gorgeous views and the house itself was fantastic. Absolutely HUGE - you could easily sleep 10 people here comfortably.
Winter Park Lodging Company was fantastic - extremely easy to deal with and unbelievably accommodating.
We needed an iron and couldn't find one- after calling they had somebody buy a brand new iron and ironing board in town and deliver it to our door! Now THAT'S service!
Overall tremendous experience. -

Left on 07/23/2009 for a stay in July 2009
Our family got together for a mini reunion over the 4th and loved the unit that we rented. The views were spectacular, the condo was so spacious, and all enjoyed the hot tub. Very convenient location, quiet and easy access to Winter Park. The management company was great with checking in for any issues. The only problem was that we were told there was a gas grill and there was not. Other than that it was a great time in a great place. Would definitely stay there again! Great place!
Response from Winter Park Lodging Company - 07/24/2009
Manager
Thanks for the great review. We hope you'll return each summer! We apologize for the mis-information on the grill. We have updated the website and our information as the owner removed the grill last month.

Our family spent a week in this unit and throughly enjoyed it. The views were nothing less than spectacular. Easy access to the slopes, nice restaurants, and the Grocery Store by auto and public transportation while at the same time being away from the busyness of the resort. Would reccomend highly for group's for families.

Fayetteville, ARNice Home - Great View
Left on 01/15/2009 for a stay in December 2008
The Condo itself was very nice. The view to the slopes and the mountains was excellent. It was alot bigger than it looked in the pictures I saw on the website and I was pleasantly surprised. It worked very well for us, we had 9 people total, 3 separate groups, so the fact that the rooms are somewhat separated worked for a little privacy, even with the large group. The only thing that was displeasing was that the maintenance man came on our first day to "check" the hot tub and ended up braking a part, so we had no hot tub for our vacation. But all in all it was a great trip and we would do it again and stay there again.

Dallas, TXExcellent Location, View, and Comfort
Left on 01/05/2009 for a stay in December 2008
Spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom condo with an unbelieveable view! Very close to the resort and ski broker (for ski rentals). We spent each evening in the condo - where we cooked dinner after skiing. The bedrooms and living areas were spacious and very comfortable! The gas fireplace did not work during our visit - we did not report this when we were there - however, I am certain if we did - it would have been addressed immediately. Initially, the water temperature of the jacuzzi was too cool - but this was promptly corrected by the property manager - but then the water temperature was a bit too hot. It would be nice if the jacuzzi temperature could be easily regulated by the guests. About the only other negative issue - was that the cookware - particularly the pots were in somewhat rough shape.
Response from Winter Park Lodging Company - 01/07/2009
Manager
Thank you for the review. We fixed the fireplace to operate correctly and the owner is going to get some new cookware during his visit in January. Thank you for the feedback and please come again!

Outstanding location with easy access to base, grocers, ski rentals. Large, cozy and well kept, with hot tub, and open breakfast area amenities...fantastic relaxation after a long day on the slopes. No need to stay at the base with this proximity...privacy was a real bonus. A must do for a young family vacation (we had 7, with 5 kids)!
