What a gorgeous place to stay. Post-card perfect view, spotlessly clean, super comfy bed, big fluffy towels. Five minutes to stores and great restaurants.
Condo has it all. Wish we could have moved right in. Can't wait to go back.
Steve and Meredith are the most wonderful landlords. Don't walk run to rent this place.

My husband and I have stayed at this property at least 4 times over the past few years. Our grandchildren live in the area and it has provided a wonderful opportunity to have them visit with us and enjoy the amenities of the property. The weather was particularly good this March and we all enjoyed using the pool, barbecue area and outdoor space.
The indoor space is well appointed and comfortable. Steve and Meredith are always willing to assist in any way they can to make our stay plearsurable.

If you're looking to relax and get a way from all the tourism hubbub of Orlando then you want to stay in this beautifully appointed loft apartment located on a georgeous lake front property. You wake up every morning to the sun rising on Lake Howell as you sit on the back deck sipping your coffee. Plenty of off street parking, beautifully lanscaped and well maintained patio and pool area. You really dont want to leave. Want to go fishiing, go for a swim or canoe on the lake? You can do all that during your stay. Its all included. Also, Mr. Rushing, the owner of the property is almost always around just in case you need something. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. We didnt want to leave. I highly recommend this place for anyone that just wants to get away and relax and take in the beauty of the surroundngs.

We stayed at Steve and Meredith's beautiful apartment last year with our teenage Son. We would highly recomend this lovely apartment to any one wanting a relaxing get away. It has beautiful views over the swiming pool and lake and is furnished to an exceptionaly high standard. Everything we wanted was there, and Steve and Meredith were very helpfull, nothing was too much trouble for them. We would definately go back next time we are in Florida.
