Rose Bay is a substantial, mainly single storey property offering very good quality accommodation, extremely well furnished, in the quiet village of Winterton-on-Sea, and can accommodate eleven people in five bedrooms. Five minutes walk from the long sandy beach at Winterton-on-Sea, Rose Bay is a wonderful holiday home on the coast of Norfolk, and has been decorated and furnished with style to offer a supremely comfortable holiday base. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

There were 5 adults and 2 children in our group. This bungalow was amazingly spacious but very homely, on a quiet street in a lovely village. 5 minutes walk to the beach and within easy reach of the other coastal spots, the broads as well. We all enjoyed it

Rose Bay Cottage offers a superb holiday accommodation. It is decorated and equiped to a very high standard, offering a home from home feel. It is large and spacious and can accommodate a family or group of people upto 11 with no problem. There is also ample off road parking and is situated in the idyllic village of Winterton on Sea, which is approximately 8 miles from Great Yarmouth and other seaside resorts. The cottage is approximately 2mins walk from the local corner shop/post office and fabulous fish & chip shop, and is about 5/10mins walk from the beach. All in all, Rose Bay Cottage offers a fantastic holiday retreat. My family and I had a fabulous time and we have already booked to go back again next year.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is stunning. The only negative I have about my stay is the fact that the boiler is installed in one of the ground floor bedrooms. It is not practical or healthy as there was water continually leaking from the boiler (my husband had to put a bucket in there) We did tell the landlord so I assume that problem will have been dealt with now. There is a premanent smell of oil coming from that cupboard and if you are sleeping in that room it becomes quite nauseous.

Perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday, Furniture fixtures and fittings were all a1. Thought long and hard about something to complain about but the only thing I can think of is the lack of a barbecue (We bought one & left it for others to enjoy).

This accomodation had all we required in terms of rooms and equipment with ample parking. Our party was 6 adults and 4 children aged between 10 years and 5 months
We could walk to the local beach and was a great base for touring around Norfolk
