There is a $60 service fee payable at check in that is per stay and covers check in, stocking and cleaning of the unit. SLIGHTLY HIGHER RATES APPLY TO HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS. Ask about our rates for other unit sizes! DURING JUNE, JULY, and AUGUST advance reservations are only accepted for full weeks. Shorter summer stays can only be booked two weeks or less in advance. There is a three night minimum over any holiday or special event.

We had very nice stay in this unit. Well equipped and furnished. Nice location in a wooded area near the river. Our two young boys enjoyed the waterpark and we had a lot of fun in the Dells. Carol was also very nice to deal with. We would return.

we had alot of fun it is very relaxing and its by a lake and we had alot of fun at chulavista their is also a pool close by and the rooms were good

It is quiet and relaxing place. The scenery out the back of the townhome is really nice with the lake behind. All you need to bring is just your own food. Free tickets to Chula park made it irresistible deal! We went there in February but def will be back during the summer.

It was ok, well, not really. The bathroom upstairs...well...the shower curtain was moldy as was parts of the tub. The bathroom downstairs was ok until the toilet backed up. I called the owner as we were instructed to do. She called her husband who proceeded to tell me that a problem like that doesn't just happen. I assured him that my kids were not stuffing anything down the toilet! He proceeeded to act very bothered by the fact that he needed to come out. Had we had a sufficient plunger in the unit , he wouldn't of had to. after clearing the intial clog he told us to use thebathroom upstairs, because this one obviously still had something lodged in the pipe! The most irritating part...after his clearing of the clog, the toilet was flushing the same way it did when we arrived at the unit the day before. The unit was just dirty over all. The $50 cleaning fee you pay must not get used and if it does they need to fire the cleaning people and get someone who can do the job. Thick dust covered the ceiling fans and big cobwebs hung all over. black gunk in the toilets. obviously they had not been cleaned in some time. crumbs stuck under the sink...in the spot wheer the sprayer should have been. Really kind of gross. Everynight something that sounded like gunshots sounded for about an hour...intermittently. no clue what that was. The sheets on the twin beds were the scratchiest most uncomfortable that I had personally ever felt. My husband said he thought they were just cheap, not enough blankets or towels. I will never rent like this again. Disappointing is all I can say.

Well, as is Murphy’s Law if something can go wrong, it will! So it seems was the case here. For starters, I might point out that this guest did NOT stay in Birch 8. It is rather easy to recall this incident and the guest since receiving reports about toilets “backing up” is, fortunately, quite rare—this is the only time I have experienced it!. Birch 8 was already booked for the time of the “Fishyfour’s” stay and the unit they stayed in was actually not even at the Dells Club! So I guess that is “good news”.
Unfortunately, I happened to be out of the state during this guest’s visit and had to rely on a “substitute” housekeeper in my absence, so I cannot honestly say to what degree she may have not done as good a job as we would have liked in prepping this unit that had not been used for awhile. Housekeeping is always a challenge in this business, fortunately most of our guests give us good marks for our continued efforts.
Regrettably, when I got the call about the toilet “backing up” it was New Year’s Eve and I had to call my husband away from his preparations for out of town guest that were arriving shortly. (He is a good man, but not a saint and so their impression that he was "bothered" could have been very accurate !) There really were no prior plumbing issues in the unit this guest did stay in, which was probably why the plunger was an old one that had dried out. It was promptly replaced for this guest and apparently that has resolved the problem, because there have not been any “back-ups” reported since! Also good news!
I can solve the mystery around the comment “every night something that sounded like gunshots sounded for about an hour”. I do believe that can be explained by the time of year of their visit, since resorts in the area tend to take turns on hosting firework displays around New Years!

We had a blast in the Dells! I love that the indoor/outdoor waterpark was so close; great for the little kids and the teenagers. The condo was a great layout for our family, plenty of space for everyone to relax after a great day out enjoying all that the Dells has to offer. Loved sitting out on the balcony at night, enjoying a glass of wine with a beautiful view. My whole family agrees (and that doesn't happen often) that we are going to make this an annual trip!

This was excellent trip to get out of routine. Sometimes with small kids you need to take it slow (3 and 6 years old, and wife pregnant), plus if you have picky eaters or diet restrictions you have a fully equiped kitchen to prepare meals. Kids were happy with a frozen pizza! (and we didn't waste our money on eating out). We went on snowy weekend. It was great. Kids enjoyed the water park (literally only 10 minutes away). Got them tired and we enjoyed having the kids on their own room. It is an awsome deal. The condo was very clean and the check-in was easy. It is a great value. I am looking forward to do it again in the summer. You will not get this kind of deal at a "resort".

Stayed in Condo in Wisconsin Dells very nice and clean with plenty of room to relax. The check in was quick and Carol was very helpful with additional fun things to do in the Dells. With the tickets to Mt. Olympus Water and Theme Park we were able to swim and go on rides which the kids just loved.
