Prime Season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) $3000/wk. July 4th Holiday week $3500 (6/29-7/6).
Prime Season rentals require a 7 night minimum stay Saturday 4PM - Saturday 10 AM.
Shorter stays may be considered in late spring if open dates remain.
Prime Season rates include major holidays and may require a minimum 3 night stay.
Value Season (Labor Day - Memorial Day) $2200/wk or 350/nt with a 2 night minimum.
Deposit - 50% due within 72 hours after the online contract is sent - Balance due 30 days prior to arrival + the security deposit ($400).
Maximum occupancy 16 guests. Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Must be 25 or older.
Cleaning fee of $100. All rentals are charged 5.5% Juneau County sales tax.

This home is absolutely beautiful and perfectly equipped for a weekend or extended stay.
This was a quiet and secluded cabin - perfect for a relaxed getaway. We took advantage of the great lake nearby with plenty of views and walking area!

My family celebrated our Christmas holiday weekend in this lovely home. It was the perfect gathering place, as we came from the Twin Cities, Milwaukee and Southeast MN area. We wanted for nothing ...except a little snow.. and we got just enough of a dusting of it on Saturday to make it picture perfect. The place was super clean, the kitchen well stocked with the essentials ( my 4 year old nephew loved the waffle maker) and everyone had an enjoyeable time. The checkin/out process was a breeze. My thanks to "owner" Mark for this well represented house..we got exactly what we expected and that is always a pleasant surprise. Thanks!

We had so much fun on a girls weekend getaway in spring! Plenty of room for everyone, perfect setup for all to sleep, shower, and great rooms to gather, eat/drink, and hang out. Bars and restaurants very close and Wisconsin Dells being close offered plenty of options for entertainment. Highly recommend!!

The house is in fantastic shape and is like brand new. I would recommend this to anyone who has a larger family, kids, or likes a little adventure. The house was very clean and the furninture and appliances were like new. There is a huge amount of space in the house. We spent a weekend at the home for an adventure race nearby and came back to the home to relax and rest. Our afternoon was very enjoyable swimming in the pond and lounging on the homes flotation rafts. After dinner, we built a campfire outside in the firepit and completely relaxed. The owners have done a great job of keeping the home very clean.

If you are looking for a place to relax with family and friends, look no further--this is the place! It is beautiful, spacious, clean and inviting. There are two nice fireplaces and 4 great bedrooms plus a loft. We had more space than we needed. Very comfortable and fully stocked with all the supplies you will need for the week or weekend. All you need to bring is your personal stuff and your food and you are set. The pond was incredible! My kids and I floated around it and played all day by the pond on the last day we were there. And at night...you will be serenaded by lovely croaking frogs. No busy highway noises, no noisy neighbors, just wonderful nature and quiet beauty. But if you are looking for night life, there are a few small towns just minutes away for dinner or music and the Dells is less than 30 minutes away. We loved our stay there. We enjoyed family time and also took a day to go to the Dells for more fun! We can't wait to go back there again! This place is incredible.

Our experience at this vacation rental was beyond our expectations. The house is beautiful, clean, roomy, comfortable, and stocked with everything you might need. Our kids loved swimming and hunting for frogs in the pond and hanging out watching movies. We enjoyed campfires and seeing deer as we hiked on a beautiful trail along the lake right nearby. We even spent some time in the Dells since it was just a short drive away. It was a relaxing time, yet there was enough to do that we were all happy.
