Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this semi-detached cottage is in the village of Levens in the Lake District. The Orchard is a semi-detached cottage in Levens village. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a family bathroom. Downstairs is a kitchen and a sitting room with open fire and dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a mature lawned garden. The Orchard is a very welcoming holiday base for the Lakes, Dales and the Cumbrian coast.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, video, CD, iPod dock.... Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Additional wood for woodburner available to purchase from the owners. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Spacious mature garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The garden of the owners’ property next door is open by appointment through the National Garden Scheme.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  We had a lovely week's stay in this cottage which was ideal for my wife and I. The cottage was ideally situated for the area around Windermere and nearby Kendal. Furthermore it was clean and tidy and in a quiet area of the village-would certainly recommend if you wanted to visit this part of the Lake Distrct
