Self-contained cottage uniquely renovated from original old farm buildings from the 1800's & 1900's, now quaint & comfortable also provide beautiful views from screened-in verandahs with BBQ's, look over the paddocks to the brook & mountains behind. Check out the horses, watch the cattle graze, see local wildlife. Walk the trails on this 200 acre working property, fish in the brook or just enjoy 'the country'. Air conditioned in the living room with combustion fire for winter. Quaint & charming!

Messy grounds and not 100% clean. However, we were left alone and it was peaceful.
Suggest take own pillows and doona if possible. Overall it was suitable for our needs.
If not pet friendly would have stayed in the village for less dollars and better accommodation.
However, the hosts are hospitable and business like. -

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The dairy was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous bathroom. The property is easy to get to and close to the vineyards of Wollombi. I stayed with my horse and the facilities for horses are fabulous. What I liked best was waking up in the morning and looking out on the view. I also loved the slow combustion fire in the evenings. A truely lovely place for a quiet get-away!
