40 miles of well maintained ATV trails 1 mile up Westcreek road, Rockhound near Woodland Park has rentals available, they will bring to the property or bring your own.
Tubing, kayaking and gold medal fishing in the Platte river (10 minutes north), or fishing 10 minutes south at Manitou Lake.
Championship Mountain Golfing 15 minutes South of the cabin on Hwy. 67.
Woodland Park is only 20 minutes South with dinosaur resource center & museum, as well as family owned shops and restaurants.
Santa's workshop amusement park, Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak and Cog Railway (all 25 minutes),on Ute Pass.

Left on 03/15/2013 for a stay in May 2012
I've stayed here several times and can't get enough of this place! The feeling is very peaceful here, and all you can hear is the sound of the wind in the trees. The house is very tastefully decorated in a cute style and always feels like a home away from home.
My favorite is to sit on one of the porches at night with good company and look up at the Milky Way (you can actually see it from this cabin). Nearby are horses grazing in a meadow and the lake is just a short walk from the front door. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful.
If you want to go into town, Woodland Park is just a few minutes down a nicely-maintained highway. All the amenities are at your fingertips including fun shops, coffee, groceries, and restaurants.
