Home is known as the Deer Trail Cabin and is offered by Heaven View Ranch Inc. It is a two bedroom one bath, fully furnished home that can sleep six. Master has a King, second bedroom has a queen, and two additional guests can sleep on a Queen memory foam Aero bed. It has a hot tub, high speed wireless internet, satellite TV and gas fireplace. Decor is Mountain Lodge, slightly rustic.

We are open year-round and located just ou...tside of Woodland Park, approximately 35 minutes west of Colorado Springs, CO. This home is at the end of a cul-de-sac and backed up to a private open space so it feels open and spacious. It is beautifully landscaped with the front entrance having a nice garden sitting area. Views are mountain forest. The deck offers a hot tub, gas Barbecue and furniture for your outside dining. This vacation home is 22 miles west of Colorado Spring, CO. at 8600 feet elevation just west of Woodland park, CO. Home is in a residential mountain community at the end of a cul-de-sac with the cul-de-sac not having homes on the end as it is open to forest views. Woodland.

•In season: May 01-Oct 31 .. $145/night; Off season .. $130/night
•Holidays .................. $165/night
• 2 night minimum except for Holidays requiring 3 night minimum.
• To above add Clean-out Fee of $95 and 3.9% State & Local Taxes. Note tax apply only to less than 30 day rentals.
• 50% Deposit at booking with balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
• No refund if cancellation within 60 days of arrival.
• 15% Cancellation Fee before 60 days.
