The house is located on FR Lillie Rd near Woods Hole Rd. It sleeps 8 to 10 in a 2,211 square foot, contemporary design, perfect for large gatherings while maintaining privacy. This house fills to the brim with sunshine during the day with floor to ceiling windows and a big open floor plan. A large furnished deck surrounded by oaks and birch is accessible from each room on the main floor.

From this houses' location you'll have your pick of beaches south along Vineyard Sound and north along Buzzards Bay, many of them within walking distance and all within range of a short bike ride. You'll also have you're pick of both Falmouth and Woods Hole restaurants, bars and shops.
Upper Cape Cod has no shortage of active pursuits in the summer months, including fishing charters, kayaking, sailing tours, boat charters, windsurfing, six town golf courses, public tennis courts and tons of day hikes and secluded beaches to explore. Plus there's always day excursions to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, or an adventure to the outer cape.
Or, for those with less active ambitions, the hammock, BBQ grill and cold beer on the secluded back porch should hit the spot. Thats always a good place to start and end any vacation!

With so many people over-charging for summer rentals this is an amazing deal. You get so much value for your dollar at this incredible home with a great location...

We (myself, wife and 3 kids) stayed there last summer (July 2012) and are looking forward to coming back for 2013! The house is modern and well kept. The laid back owners provide everything... sheets, soap, towels, beach chairs and even bikes! The house sits up on a hill and has a good back deck with a hammock, bbq, ect... Little far from the beach but not too bad of a bike ride.
