We stayed at Olive Oasis for the weekend, primarily to shoot a film in a private location. The house was not only beautiful and in brand new condition, but it also had a wonderful airiness and vibe to it. The wooded area in the back, as well as in the front, was perfect for what we were looking for. The owner/property manager were great in accommodating my check-in.
Travel time from NYC averaged to 2 hrs. Be sure to check out the area, since there are lots of hidden treasures to explore. The friendly townies tipped us off on the whereabouts. Overall, this was an excellent choice and if you need to film or photograph, this is your place. I look forward to coming back. -

We stayed at Olive Oasis over Labor Day weekend. The place was easy to find, very private. Super clean. Beds were very comfortable. The huge room was used by my Yoga friends, while me and my friend had delicious breakfast on the back deck over-looking the gorgeous land. Very peaceful place. We are coming back later in the fall to see the foliage.

We spend one magical weekend in the Olive Oasis. As we arrived to this little paradise after a long and stressful time, the place acted like a spell, re-energizing us again. The house is beautiful and very tastefully furnished. We found anything we need for our vacation, including well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and most important the wonderful deck and extensive grounds. The tranquility with the fresh and clean air and walking in the forest gave us much more than we could expect from this short vacation.

An amazing beautiful and relaxing place! Both the house and property are wonderful - you are in the middle of the woods, yet several cute towns are just a short drive away. The beds are amazingly comfortable, the kitchen is well laid out, and the house has lots of open space for reading and relaxing. I can't wait to go back!
