This cozy villa is located in Solimar, Luquillo an exclusive and private community with 24-hour security can't be beat best location, facilities and comfort at an affordable price. Walking distance from pool and beach. Will easily accommodate a party of 4 in its ample bedrooms equipped with A/C, one queen size bed and 2 twin beds , has an fully equipped kitchen, living- dining area, one full bathroom, close cover terrace, cable TV, wireless Internet. Its qualities are relaxing convenient and secure. Privacy and amenities here are perfect for tranquil retreat vacation, sit in the terrace and enjoy our pleasant-sounding Coqui or enjoy your meals. Yet everything is ultra-convenient, beach, shopping, and outdoor activities. True natural island feeling.

A car is recommended for your stay. There is a Supermarket you could walk to but it's a mile or more. San Juan is about 30 minutes away via PR 3 or take the Toll road from Rio Grande. The Ferry to Culebra and Vieques in Fajardo is less than twenty minutes away. El Yunque Rain Forest National Park is ten minutes by car.

Sandy beaches with an abundance of palm trees make the town of Luquillo a Caribbean paradise. With various beaches to choose from in the surrounding areas, Luquillo is a much-visited location by travelers and locals alike.

Tennis court access is surcharged $10 per day by complex if you wants to use it, just pay fee with the security guard if you wants to use the tennis court.
