This detached single storey lodge in Cropthorne near Pershore sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Crop Vale Farm is a detached single storey timber lodge on a working farm in Cropthorne near Pershore. There is a king-size double room and a twin room, a family bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a veranda and a lawned garden. Crop Vale Farm, finished to a very high standard and ideally placed for the Cotswolds, makes a wonderful retreat for couples or for families as a year round holiday base.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Decked veranda, lawned rear garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Note: Owner runs a 5* B&B; which can accommodate 10 guests. Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
