This three bedroom property in the village of Mainstone is able to sleep up to five people. This delightful 18th Century, stone-built barn conversion is situated close to the owner’s farmhouse on a 4.5 acre smallholding. Specialising in rare breed pigs, sheep, ducks and chickens, the farm is also home to a wildlife pond and is set on the outskirts of the hamlet of Mainstone. The property itself is surrounded by wooded pastures and offers comfortable, well-equipped accommodation. This includes a spacious, triple aspect sitting room with superb views, three lovely bedrooms and a cosy lounge. The large garden boasts a spring-fed stream wi...th decking across it, making this an incredibly relaxing outdoor space.

Children must have adult supervision at all times by the wildlife pond.

These include the famous Three Tuns Inn Brewery, which produces traditional real ales. The town enjoys weekly markets, festivals - such as the famous Annual Real Ale Festival - and regular fairs including one at Michaelmas. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Excellent accommodation well layout comfortable and dog friendly. Large fenced garden big enough to train the dogs in. Useful covered lobby to remove wet clothing and foot ware. The only thing missing was a log burner not because the property was cold but to make it a little more cosy. The owners who lived next door where friendly and helpful without being intrusive.
