This 17th century semi-detached cottage is situated in the village of Clyro, just 1.5 miles from Hay-on-Wye and sleeps five people in two bedrooms. Old Vicarage Cottage is a Grade II semi-detached cottage set in the medieval village of Clyro, close to the town of Hay-on-Wye. This cottage sleeps five people and has two bedrooms consisting of one family room and one twin as well as a family bathroom. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

wonderful stay, handy for Hay and surrounds, lovely days out in Hereford and Brecon. The cottage was clean comfortable with a real fire if needed, but it was so warm and cosy didn't really need any extra heat. We stayed over the chrismas holidays and the bubbly and mince pies were a lovely festive gift.

Owners very friendly and helpful yet kept their distance which I think is important. Lovely property, spacious rooms but still felt cosy. Kitchen small but equipped with absolutely everything we needed.
We stayed over christmas and the fizzy and cake left for us were a lovely touch.
