Located conveniently between popular Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, "Turning Leaf" cabin is easily reached from "The Spur" (section of Highway 441 between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.) A short drive up the mountain makes the cabin accessible even in Winter. Situated at the top of a ridge, "Turning Leaf" is privately tucked into the woods on the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This location provides easy and convenient access to the Gatlinburg Trolley and Pigeon Forge Fun Time Trolley systems, Dollywood, Cades Cove, Clingman's Dome, Newfound Gap, zip-lining, white water rafting, mini-golf, museums, horse back riding and much mor...e. Ober Gatlinburg is minutes away by either car or tram for snow skiing, ice skating, and all-season family fun.

The front entrance beckons you to stop and enjoy the forest with seating on the covered porch or the park bench. The front door leads into the Great Room where you will be immediately awed by the high ceilings and large wall of windows looking out into the forest. The cabin welcomes you with warm colors and its leaf motif draws you to experience more of the forest on the large covered deck where the only sound you will hear is the wind whispering through the trees and the birds singing. Enjoy the porch swing or outdoor dining while watching the chipmunks play.

The great room features a beautiful stone gas fireplace. No wood to buy or mess to clean. Just turn the dial! Enjoy comfortable relaxation on the plush sofa and matching chair, or rock in the rocking chair while viewing your favorite TV shows on the flat screen TV or pop a movie into the Netflix ready Blue-Ray DVD player. Or if you prefer, pull a puzzle or board game from the game cabinet.

Attached to the great room you'll find the fully furnished kitchen with dining bar, or take advantage of seating for six or more in the spacious dining room. Off the kitchen, you will find a utility room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience.

Just off the great room is the Master Suite complete with a Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub, shower, comfortable king size bed, and plenty of room for clothing storage.

The second bedroom on the loft level is complete with a Queen Bed, dresser, flat screen television, chair and attached bath with shower.
