Villa 200 m² for 6 persons at the most beautiful lagoon of Mauritius

on the beach with Wifi in Pointe d‘Esny;, KAYAKS!

The bungalow is situated on the south east coast, in Pointe d’ Esny, directly on the sea, the most beautiful lagoon of Mauritius and its great white sandy beach; with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and en suite bathrooms.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 people ; no children under the age of 6.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms; one with magnificent view on the lagoon and bathroom en Suite and the other room overlooking the garden with a bathroom en Suite and bath tube.

On the ground floor there is a cozy Suite stepping out on the sand …. ; Adjoining bathroom.

On the ground floor are also lounge with sea view, dining room open onto a veranda with sea view, fully equipped kitchen.

Separate toilet, laundry with ironing board and washing machine.

2 terraces, on with sea views and on courtyard with a large barbecue area to enjoy meal in the shade

There are 2 garages. Swimming in front of the villa is beautiful and the sand is white and fine.

The first meal and basic groceries are offered for your arrival.

A maid comes 3 hours / day except Sundays and public holidays; She will prepare typical Mauritian dishes for a small extra fee.

A fisherman comes by every day and you can purchase fresh fisch, lobster, crabs and vegetable with him.

There are also:

A television with MYT Sat channels.

Internet connection with WIFI.

Electric gate.

Gardener 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays.

The Yacht club of pointe d’Esny is 500 meters away and the marine park of Blue bay is 2 km. Bring your snorkeling equipment along, it is an amazing spot.

The Surrounding is quiet, there are some very good restaurants nearby and a supermarket at 1.5 km.

How do damage deposits work?
