Perfect for those who would love to park and walk to everything! Also this lower level duplex has a soundside ground level patio which is just off the garage and is perfect for enjoying the water and afternoon cook outs.

Close to numerous restaurants, shops, Robert's Grocery store, Trolley Stop...not to mention beach. Dock great for people watching--people boating and people running/walking/biking the Loop. However, traffic noise from bridge a drawback. a sound machine could make huge difference. Note: pack lightly...access to unit from garage/parking spot a bit of a maze. Interior very comfortable, if not a little worn. Also--Property manager very helpful.
