CharlotteLovely Location for the Beach

Great location and lots of space for a family to feel comfortable in. The unit is for sale - and the everything in the kitchen feels as if the owners stopped caring a long time ago - we needed to hand wash all the glasses and cups as they were not clean (from lipstick to a simple film over everything). Pots and pans and cooking utensils look like they are from the 1950's. Even after hand washing everything - items are so old, have not been cleaned with 'rinse aid' for such a long time - that most items still looked unpleasant. Additionally - after packing tennis rackets and balls - the tennis court was unusable.
Property is a 4 minute walk to the beach, and the beach is very lovely - and while community pool is more than adequate, the rest rooms adjoined to the pool were pretty foul. My wife would not use them they were so unpleasant.
