Enter the property on the ground floor. Here there are (2) 1 car garages and plenty of covered parking for the rest of your guests. Take the stairs or the elevator up to the 1st floor. Here you will find 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths and a half bath. Bedroom 1 offers 2 full size beds and has great views of Banks Channel and a large walk-in c...loset. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and matching views of Banks Channel. There is also a deck off of the hall that is a perfect place to gather to watch the boats go by or the sun go down. Continue down the hall and find bedroom 3 with 2 full beds a crib and private bath. Across the hall is another master suite with a king size bed. Both bedrooms 3 and 4 have door leading to a covered deck that overlooks the peaceful and well manicured back yard. Also located on this floor is a laundry room and a kitchenette complete with sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. Head up to the top floor and see what all the fuss is about. To your left and down the hall is the grand master bedroom and office. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with plenty of room. Both the office and master bedroom have access to a deck with views of the Atlantic. Just off the office is another kitchenette with microwave, full size refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. There is also a 2nd laundry room and half bath. Head back down the hall and find yourself in the main living area. Here the open floor plan makes this the place to be. The kitchen boasts a Thermador gas range and stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, stainless steel island for food prep and granite counter tops. The kitchen also has 2 skylights letting the natural light shine through. There is a round dining table for 8 and seats at the kitchen counters so no one is left out at meal time. The oversized living area has 2 seating areas, enough for the entire family to sit together and watch movies or their favorite shows on the 62 inch HDTV. With 32 windows in the living area alone, the views are fantastic and un-matched. Getting out to the beach is a snap. Just walk across the ground level patio, pass the hammocks, and through the back yard. From here it is just a few steps to the beach access at # 32. Don't feel like hitting the beach, well no worries. Step across Waynick Blvd to take advantage of the private boat slip and gazebo. There is also a private sound side beach that appears at low tide and is the perfect place to relax on any day. The Beach House has it all and is sure to be the best spot on the island!

When a reservation is made, a lease will be mailed out and must be returned signed along with initial payment. Payment may be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check, Visa or MasterCard Credit Cards.
