All reservations require a security deposit of $1000.00 to guard against damages. Or you may purchase a Security Deposit Protection Plan for $39.00 in lieu of the $1000.00 Security Deposit.

When a reservation is made, a lease will be mailed out and must be returned signed along with initial payment. Payment may be made by personal check, money order, cashier's check, Visa or MasterCard Credit Cards.

  We gathered with our adult children to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and to visit our daughter who stayed in Wilmington after graduating from college. The house was beautiful. Everyone had space and privacy but we were together for meals and "hanging out". We walked to the beach, walked our dogs on the loop, and visited Wilmington for shopping, mansion tour,and dinner. We were thrilled to find a beautiful, pet-friendly house so close to the beach.
