3rd Night is only $50 with stays less than a week through the end of May. The 5th night is $75 for stays less than a week through August. Always, our weekly rate is based on a free seventh night. Reduced rate nights do not apply to holidays or other high usage times. Extra deposits and cleaning fees may be required if pets are allowed.
1/2 the reservation cost is due at booking, the rest 15 days prior to arrival.

Spent a quick two-night getaway at the Zen House. It was perfect for my needs. The beach, the quiet, the sauna, the tub, the chairs, the deck. What's not to like?!

This was our 2nd visit to the Zen Beach House in Yachats. As vacation rental hosts ourselves, we are rather picky about the places we stay. The Zen Beach House is beautiful, quiet, clean, and thoughtfully-equipped with everything a guest could want, ...and more. The meditation gardens are wonderful, and the furnishings and artwork are lovely. While the long empty stretch of beach beckons from only a block away, it's hard to leave the Zen Beach House bathing area, with its gas heater, Japanese soaking tub, glass-encased shower and cedar sauna. Exquisite!
Someone commented in the guestbook that the Zen Beach House was not just a house but an experience! We share this feeling, and very highly recommend a stay here.

Very unique house. The bathroom with the tub and sauna was great! Very relaxing. Private backyard was nice and the beach was close by (30 second walk). House has everything you need and a comfortable living room(no TV, which is good in my book). The Tv's are in the bedrooms. Second loft room was good for the kids. Quiet street. We would stay again. I would like to add that the locals in Yachats are also super-friendly. Everyone we met was in good spirits and very personable.

A very unique and special self cater rental. Amazing spa room with sauna, and big soaker tub. Perfect for relaxing after long strolls on the beach, which is close by. Beautiful Japanese garden. Loved having the master bedroom for us, plus the separate room (accessed by overhead walkway) for our son. Everyone had their space. Would definitely come back.

This house is our "go to" destination when we want to get off the radar. The fantastic beach is a short 1 block stroll away, the house is tastefully furnished and equipped with every reasonable convenience. Last and certainly not least is the sauna and soaking tub "complex". Highly recommended.
