Description
4+ bedroom house in the rural village of Botevo,Yambol area.The Black sea coast is about 70 miles away.The house is situated at the end of the village,about 5 mins walk from the village centre.Big house with a fireplace,chimney barbecue in the garden,the garden itself is very big as well.Ideal place for a big family with many kids. Perfect holiday for walkers,wildlife lovers,or people that would rather drive to the sea every day,than stay in a hotel there.
The house is located literally next to the one of the two forests surrounding the village. Wild animals are abundant there,especially in one of the forests-wild boar,pheasants,deer,jackals,foxes,etc...The front view of the house is just trees and nothing else.Very quiet area.
120 square metres living area in house,the house along with the garden is 900 square metre
In the case of 4 guests,every person will have their own separate bedroom. Three of the bedrooms are double,one has two single beds. Separate bedroom keys also provided. There`s one bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The living room is large enough to take 6-7 people or even more.
Botevo is situated about 10 miles southwest of Yambol, 45 miles from the Turkish border,60 miles of the Greek brder,70 miles of the seacoast,18 miles northwest of Elhovo, 22 miles southeast of Nova Zagora and some 160 miles southeast of the capital city of Sofia.
The population is about 930 people.

Tourism and landmarks
Kaleto area is located a few kilometers away from the village. Over there were found remains of a fort, which were believed to have been a base of a guarding Roman legion.
In the area there are some interesting architectural sites, Thracian and Roman settlements of antiquity.
The area boasts with beautiful scenery and fresh air. Suitable for eco, wine, historical and cultural tourism, excellent conditions for hiking,fishing and hunting -there`s a local river and the village is surrounded by woodlands. near the village crosses the river Tunja, and between the villages of Roza and General Inzovo there is a dam. The surrounding land is rich in game.
In recent years, near the village are held off-road racings
The terrain is flat and the soil is fertile and suitable for growing almost all kind of fruits and vegetables.
The altitude is 240 m.
The climate is continental, typical for the Upper-Trachian Valley, with little influence from the Black Sea and the Mediterranean. In terms of temperature regime, the region is one of the hottest in the country. The average temperature for the coldest month - January is 1.2 ° C and the average temperature for July is 23.2 ° C.
The hottest time of the summer(August)can reach up to 44° (Summer 2012)
The village is well developed - totally electrified and supplied with water, all streets are paved, there are regular bus services connecting it with neighboring towns and villages. There are a city hall, a municipality, a kindergarten, a primary school, a church, a community center with a vocal group, a library, a senior citizens club. There are also a GP, a dentist, several shops and a pub.

The village is named in tribute and respect to the personality and work of one of the most important figures in Bulgaria - Hristo Botev. The fair of the village is on 2nd of June - the day the revolutionary.
