A large 3 room apartment renovated in June 2019 , located in Northern Israel, in the beautiful upper Galilee area, in the pastoral village of Yesod-Hama'ala (between Tiberias and kiryat Shmona; 15 minutes from Safed and 30 minutes from Tiberias). This quiet and relaxing country setting includes 2 full bedrooms, living room (with extra beds), dining area, kitchen and bath. It is very comfortably furnished and has a full sized refrigerator, gas-stove, microwave oven, dishes, TV with international channels, DVD player, wireless internet and a lovely balcony. There is also a washing machine available. The flat is very specious and well suited for a couple or a family. An ample parking is available next to its yard. Local conveniences include synagogue, grocery store, local bakery, post office, and very close to Ahula Nature Reserve, to Agamon Hula and to the Jordan river. The price is per very competitive.

How do damage deposits work?
