Just of the A1079 York to Hull Road, Orchard Lodge is ideally situated in a quiet village but with all local amenities only 2 miles away in Market Weighton. We have off street parking for you comfort and safety and open fields at the rear for peace an tranquility.
Just 15 minutes away is the town of Pocklington where you can visit Burnby Hall Gardens, home to a National Collection of Hardy Water Lilies - the biggest such collection to be found in a natural setting in Europe. The beautiful city of York with it's famous race course is only a few miles further and well worth a day out. A little nearer is the historic town of Beverley with yet another great race course and Beverley Minster, renowned for the grace of its Gothic style. The city of Hull is less than half an hour away, with it's busy shopping centres and The Deep, the worlds only submarium, one of the most spectacular aquariums in the world!

I stayed with my daughter at Orchard Lodge and absolutly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. My daughter loved seeing all of the wildlife and the nature walks. The food was lovely and the owner very friendly. Would definately recommend and would love to come back. Thanks
