Comfortable cottage in a quiet rural area. Cottage rental easy via Sykes excellent staff. Froneithinog is ideally suited to a walking holiday with many dog friendly walks nearby. The cottage is well equipped and was a welcome haven at the end of the long walks. Considering going back in the summer to enjoy evenings in the garden
The perfect escape to the country

Great situation,a house with everything and fantastic value.Although the weather was not great the log fire made up for that.
The local flora and fauna was very interesting with Red Kites almost common!!The walking in the local forest was easy but spectacular.
The owner was most helpful before and after our visit.Returning a mobile phone which we thought lost.
We have decided to return perhaps next year.

A very clean, tidy and dog friendly house - much larger than it looks on-line. The area is beautiful, quiet and full of birds. The tractor seats were great fun. Our daughter and her partner cycled along the river to aber and swam in a river pool on their return (the weather was hot). Our dogs loved the river walks too and we loved being able to sit outside in the quiet, just talking and listening to the cuckoo. The downstairs bathroom was fine but accesssing it during the night, via a spiral staircase, is not that easy for over 60s.
