Description from the owner

Our condo is located 12 km. east of Progreso. We are about 40 min. from Merida. We are located on the second floor of the Royal Beach Condo II. Our living room faces the pool and ocean. Inside we have 3 bedrooms. One with a king, one queen and a set of bunkbeds. We can comfortably sleep 6 people. The condo was renovated in 2007 and all new furniture and bedding was purchased. The kitchen has granite countertops, full fridge, glass bosch cooktop, microwave oven, countertop convection oven and dishwasher. Also ensuite are a washer and dryer.

Satellitte T.V. and internet are avaliable for a fee . Small pets allowed upon approval.
