This Colorado River front home sleeps 9 with room to spare. up dated Stainless Steel appliances are a joy to use, ceramic tile floors through out make living cool and clean. 5 large picture windows afford an endless view of the boaters and skiers up and down the river. Priavte boat dock in Fishers Lagoon will park 4 boats easly.

We are located in a small community 35 miles north of Yuma AZ. this house is called The Showboad due to its unique shape. it is perched out on a point over looking the Colorado River, with a simi private beach below for you convientce. We provide fenced parking for 3-4 vehicals
