Located in the old town center, on the 1st floor, just 20m from the sea and the famous Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun, where the sea is very clean and you can swim. It is fully equipped with 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining area. It has wi fi, aircondition, sat/tv/plasma, washing machine. The area is peaceful and just a few steps away you can enjoy numerous bars, restaurants and different attractions throughout the season.
We also provide airport transfer, and trips to National Parks, as well as the rent a car service.

The musical Sea Organ (morske orgulje) is located on the shores of Zadar, Croatia, and is the world’s first musical pipe organs that is played by the sea. Simple and elegant steps, carved in white stone, were built on the quayside. Underneath, there are 35 musically tuned tubes with whistle openings on the sidewalk. The movement of the sea pushes air through, and – depending on the size and velocity of the wave – musical chords are played. The waves create random harmonic sounds.
