Our flat is situated in the heart of the center of the Peninsula of Zadar.
We are placed in a pedestrian street and our windows are watching on a court yard with his fig trees.
You will enjoy the calm and in the sametime the pleasure of being close of all events in the heart of the beauty of Zadar.
The sea side is 200 m from the flat and Zadar is the only city on the croatian where you can bath.
You will be 400 meters from the harbour where you can find boats taking you to the islands around Zadar for a one day trip or for organized excursions to Kornati Islands

We are situated in a pedestrian street close to the main square of Zadar and 200 meters from the sea side and the beach. Everything is close to our flat: shops, market place, bars, restaurants, bakeries... And in the sametime your windows are on a court yard with trees!
If you come by car you will have the possibility to park it at the entry of the Old Town 300 meters from the apartment.
If you come by bus you will the possibility walk the 1.5 km or to take a Lulic taxi for about 3 euros.

Excellent séjours dans une ville historique surprenante entre visites culturelles, baignades en mer, en centre ville, et marchés avec des produits locaux ( poissons fruits légumes ). L appartement est très calme, propre et lumineux. Impeccable avec des enfants

We did stay there for a couple of nights on eastern holidays and it was just perfect. Could not expect better location for our family. Close from everything needed in the middle of old town, even water still little cold at this season we wish to come back in summer and will choose same place.

I was there with 3 friends and we had more then enough space (it has enough space for at least 6 people). It's very clean and modern place in the center of Zadar. Area is full of great restaurants and if you need anything there are some shops near. We liked the owners, they made us feel welcome. Beach is 200 meters away. I would recommend this place for sure.
