55m2, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed (for two), bathroom with tub, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cutlery, fridge, oven, microwave ) and balcony (18m2). It is in the family house but has a separate entrance.
The apartment has air conditioning unit in the living room. It has satellite TV and Internet access is wireless. The apartment has a private parking space. It is possible to use the grill in the the yard.
It is situated in the area of Borik, in the quiet residential district, not far from the sandy beach.
Nearby are shops, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee bars. Close to the apartments is rich offer of sports and fun services (mini golf, tenis course, sports on water).
The apartment is located 3000 m from the old town (it's about 10 min. by car). A local bus stop is 400 m away.
Zadar is a city with a rich cultural and history heritage, a city of tourism. Its attractiveness is due greatly to its fantastic natural position in the very middle of the Adriatic coast, and to the five National Parks surrounding it: Plitvice lakes, Paklenica Mountain, the unique Riviera Krka waterfalls, a string of wondrous islands called Kornati and Sjeverni Velebit. Worthy of attention are also the three nature parks: Telašćica, Velebit and Vranjsko jezero.
Here you can enjoy different types of activities. If you are adventure and sport spirit you can choose to visit one of the national parks or islands that are near Zadar. Conditions and amenities for recreation and sport activities in Zadar are top-leveled. There are numerous tennis courts, playgrounds for football, basketball, handball, and besides it, there you have great opportunities for activities on the water, such as sailing, surfing, rowing, diving, sport fishing. If you prefer cultural and artistic approach you will not be disappointed even in this part: Zadar is a city rich in historical and cultural monuments and sites such as the Cathedral of St. Anastasia (a patron of Zadar), St. Donat, Forum and various other churches and museums, of which you should definitely visit the Permanent Exhibition of Sacral Art "The Gold and Silver of Zadar" and The Archaeological Museum. Also you may enjoy the traditional performances: Musical nights in Donat, the Festival of the new theatre, the Zadar's theatrical summer and so many other art exhibitions of different kind. Night life in Zadar during the summer: there are many night clubs and casinos which provide joy and pleasure up to the early morning; our recommendation is to definitely visit the open-air club Garden, disco club Forum and the gorgeous structure Arsenal. At the end of the day do not miss an evening stroll along the waterfront of Zadar and enjoy the sounds of the sea organ and the beautiful colors of Greeting to the Sun.
