The Service was ok - I received the key and got some information from renter about the appartment, the hadnling with internet and the surroundings. The towels and bed linen was available, the kitchen was very good euqipped.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rupa pod oblacima. We spent four weeks travelling around Croatia staying in apartments. Rupa was by far the best one.
It was well equipped, my favourites was the iron, ironing board and washing machine. When you have been living out of a suitcase for four weeks you really look forward to home comforts.
We also enjoyed the size of the apartment, so roomy compared to some of the others we stayed in. It is also very clean and it really felt like home away from home. Don't be taken back by the outside of the building, once you walk through the apartment door it's so different.

We spent several weeks here during the off-season. It was by far one of the better places we've stayed during our frequent travels to Croatia, and we will certainly return. Pros: very quiet building, amazing views of Zagreb from the balcony, clean and well kept, nicely decorated, comfortable bedding, modern kitchen (with a good stocking of essentials). It is a quick walk to the tram into the main sites. There is also a market just near the apartment.
Big plus: washing machine in the apartment. This is not always the case in Croatia.
The owner, Davor, was also very kind to us and helpful in his tips about the city.
I think tourists often use Zagreb as a transit point, but would encourage visitors to stay more than a day or two. The city holds nearly a quarter of the Croatian population and has great character. We loved it and plan to return. -

Like previous reviews don't judge the book by its cover, the building doesn't look appealing but once inside the apartment its very nice and well appointed. View is special over the city, close to city center, I was on business so didn't get to see or do that much. Would recommend to a friend

Super appartement , très bien équipé. Propre (sauf la vaisselle). Idéalement situé (10 min à pied du tram - 10 minutes du centre ville), à proximité du supermarché et du terminal des trams/bus de Crnomerec. Quartier et immeuble calme. Propriétaires très serviables et disponibles (ils habitent à côté). Du balcon, superbe vue sur Zagreb

Apartment was quite suitable for my family, that's my husband, me and two small children. Everything was clean and tidy and I loved that the kitchen and the bathroom was so well equiped.

Everybody was very helpful, the flat was clean and warm and well equipped. Standing one the balcony and enjoying the wonderful view was a perfect start in days of experiencing Zagreb. Beeing so close to the center made an upgrade to the comfort of the flat. While coming to Zagreb again we will always choose our little hole in the sky.

I stayed at this apartment 2 times - once in early summer and second time during the Christmas holidays. The apartment is in a very good location, at least for my purposes, since most of my friends live in the west part of the city. Although, there is a good connection by pulbic transportation to other parts of the city as well. And the view from the 14th floor is just fascinating in each direction you look! The neighbours are very friendly and courteous. The apartment itself is being properly taken care of, it is equipped with all the appliances you might need, including all the pans, dishes, plates and the cuttlery. It seems like every little detail in the apartment has been carefully chosen to make this place as enjoyable as it can be. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit!

This is a lovely place, managed by nice, easy going talented people... We enjoyed this place as we did their other unit in which we stayed earlier in June... ...but there is something about this hole... We just wish we had time to stay longer and open some nice Chablis on the balcony, watching Zagreb falling a sleep... Cheers till next time...

We arrived really late because of waiting time at border and trouble with our gps, but there was no problem with checking in after midnigt. So really flexible checkin times!
The flat is beautiful, everything fits and feels really modern. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was very useful.
A perfect accomodation in Zagreb, especially if you go by car, parking was no problem.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the Rupa pod oblacima apartment. The one thing I value the most when travelling is the cleanliness of the rented place. This appartment was definitely to my taste.
The owners are very pleasant and the location was convenient to us. Parking space is also available in front of the building.
This place is great for a short stay with your friends. -

We were o group of 5 people traveling to Zagreb for a tournament. We found this beautiful apartment which suited our needs. We only stayed for a couple of days and most of the time we were out, so we didn't need anything fancy but this was way better than we expected.
The location isn't perfect, but it's not far from the center. You can walk there if you want to take some photos of the city on your way or you can take the tram which is very close. Also the apartment is at the top floor of the building. Don't worry about getting up, as there are 5-6 elevators and once there the view is very nice.
You also have everything you need, a full equipped kitchen, a nice LCD TV with DVD player, wireless internet and Cable tv if you know the local language :)
If I will visit Zagreb again, I will return to this apartment for sure! -

Our stay was a pleasure.
Very good communications, the flat was nicely renovated and everything was functioning smoothly. 14th floor provides excellent view over Zagreb :)
This flat is within a walking distance from the city center and most of the route is via nice shopping street.
I even requested flowers and a bottle of sparkling and all this was organized by our landlord.Thanks!
I can really recommend staying here while visitin Zagreb :)

After a friendly welcome we spent nice days in this calm, clean and well equipped apartment. As we were cooking by ourselves we found all equipement that we need and had a supermarket very close. It was just a quick jump with the tram to the center of town.

the apartment is very modern. It s possible to book up to 4 person. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom all of them re modern and the most impotant very clean. The location is good too. With tram 6 or 2 you can arrive in the apartment from the central station or central bus station in around 15 min. so best place in zagreb. be sure that a hotel room can not be better then that apartment.

Really nice unit on the inside. Well appointed and comfortable. We even felt comfortable during the July heat wave without an aircon. after we figured out how to operate the shutters. The appearance of the building takes a little getting used to. The 2 nights we were there, everything was peaceful and quite. People around the neighborhood were really nice. The building looks abandoned at first glanced, and the entry and lobby gave us great misgivings. Overall, I would stay there again. Just be forewarned of first impressions. Davor was very professional and even emailed and texted us after he realized that we had over paid.

Everything was really good except that warm water did not work for a few days.
I myself was only arranging the trip and did not stay in apartment myself but this is what they who stayed there told me.

The part of the payment was returned to guests for the inconvenience of not having hot water for few days.
There was a problem in the power-plant heating system and the whole part of Zageb was without hot water. -

Public transportation is very convenient. Zagreb city center is 20 minutes away on foot and tram.
Apartment is of an acceptable size for a family of 4.
Microwave oven is not necessary but would have been a very good and useful addition to the otherwise complete set of home appliances available.
Internet connection is very good. -

The apartment was amazing- very clean, had everything you need (towels, sheets, kitchen supplies), it's also very spacious. The view from the apartment in the morning and evening is something you will never forget..Bus stop and tram stop is very close you have some 10 min. from the main square. Neighbours are very friendly and always saying hello in the elevator :)You won't make a mistake by renting this apartment- highly recommended!
