The apartment has 60 square meters and it is very comfortable and warm. It consists of two big rooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilette, and a hallway.
One room has two beds, one double and one single, so that three persons can sleep comfortable. The other room, the bigger one, has one single bed and one spare single bed, so there can sleep up to 4 people, including the sofa bed. In the same room there is a big sofa bed and a TV with a satelite receiver. The apartment Zagreb is situated in part of Zagreb called Utrina. This area has great traffic connections with all parts of the city. Tram number 6 brings you to Trg bana Jelacica (the main square) in 10-15 minutes. Only 10 minutes by tram from Main Bus Terminal and Railroad Terminal. Near the building in which is the apartment located you can find market with fresh vegetables, fish, meat and all other groceries. There you will also find supermarket, ATMs, cafes, restaurants, kiosk etc. Zagreb Fair only 2 tram stations away as well as the Avenue Mall, the nicest shopping center in the city.

Apartment has everything you need , handy location , walked to lake with excellent playground for kids , 10mins walk to tram station which took us directly to train station , shops very close by as well , host is extremly helpful with plenty of information etc ,

I went there with 2 other friends and stayed there for 3 nights. The flat is very big and it fits for family travel or group of friends. The land lady is so generous and allowed us to place our luaggage there one day in advance without requiring us to pay extra (only that the flat was vacant on that day). There are cooking utensils, glasses and plates, forks and knives... in the kitchen an we really felt at home. The only disadvantage was it was a bit hard for us to locate the residence to begin with when we reached there in the evening. The neighbourhood was dark but safe. It was around 7 stations away from the Zagreb tourist centre. If you're travelling on a budget, this is a nice place. If you want to save time for more sightseeing, it may be better to find a place closer to the city centre.

We stayed only for one night to catch our flight the next morning. Enough to say that the apartment is comfortable and clean. It compares favorably in value with other apartments we rented in Croatia. Most important for me was the fact that good wireless internet connection is available.
We did not need to use the kitchen but a microwave oven would come in handy because of limited cooking capacity.

Maja was great, the apartment was clean but not luxurious or anything. Recommendations: a microwave, as the only appliance in the kitchen is 2 small stove tops, making it difficult to actually cook anything. Larger sized towels. The location was good for my purposes, can't comment on how convenient it is/isn't for getting into the city but it is good for those that need to be around the southern part of Zagreb or near the airport.

I stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in March. The owner was very nice and helpful, and always available when I needed her. The apartment itself was quite clean and very spacious, very close to public transport (which went everywhere), grocery stores, a big mall, and it was also quite clean and quiet. I only decked the location a little because it wasn't in the center, but the location itself was pleasant.
