DA Svet VRBIK is well located in the business center of the town but in the quiet area. It is on a walking distance from the Old Lower Town and main tourist attractions, but if you prefer there are a lot of trams that make you easy moving around.
From tram station "Zagrepcanka“ on Savska street you have only 3 tram stations to the Lower Old Town - National Theater of Croatia or if you walk, in 10 to 15 min and you are in the heart of the Lower Old Town.
In the neighborhood there are lot of office towers, embassies, faculties, shops, bars and restaurants and several night clubs, concert hall is close, what makes this neighborhood very popular for students and young people and also for people who are coming for business trips.
If you are coming by car consider that there is a public garage near – 15 min walking distance, but near the building there are still free parking places on the street.
Whatever reason you are in Zagreb, on this location you will find every service you need.

Upon arrival Harry, sweet cocker spaniel will greet you and waving tail will welcome you. Every corner of the apartment will provide a comfortable atmosphere, especially with carefully selected furniture of modern design and antique pieces from the Far East .. That it will provide a special charm to the break of obligation or sightseeing tours .. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood that is very close to all the major attractions that Zagreb offers.

I stayed in this apartment for a month while visiting Croatia on a business assignment. I absolutely loved both the apartment and the very helpful and friendly owner. The location was key and excellent for my needs, since it was only 10min walking distance from my office as well as several other business towers. Additionally, the apartment is just below the city centre (15-20min walking distance) which was perfect for enjoying very nice weekend and/or evening walks. I can highly recommend to both business and tourist visitors!

The flat is very nice and cozy, and it's very well connected to the city centre, both by walk (it takes only few minutes walking!) and by tram. Apart from that we have to say that Svet was an amazing host!!! She explained to us all we needed to know about the city, she was very helpful and gave us a lot of advice. In addiction she even left us a mobile phone with a local numer to allow us to call her at any time in case of necessity. We highly recommend this flat and this gorgeous host! Thank you very much Svet!

Hi ihr da drausen... Also die Wohnung ist super. Man hat es nicht weit bis zum Zentrum. Tramhaltestelle ist auch nicht weit und Supermarkt sowie apotheke sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung selber war sauber. Hatte schnelles Internet und Pay TV in Englisch. Und selbst als wir Probleme hatten (der Trafo vom Internet ging nicht mehr) hat die Vermieterin sich gleich um das Problem gekümmrt. Auch sonst war sie immer ansprechbar und hat uns geholfen wo es nur ging.

We stayed in Svet's apartment for one month.It is situated in a nice area, surrounded by a beautiful park. The apartment was perfect,beautifully designed,cosy, warm, simple, homey, full of light and located 15 minutes walking from center. My husband needed internet and he was extra happy how wireless worked smoothly. I really appreciated that minute from apartmment is grocery where you can buy what every you need. We came with motorbike and it was great that parking was in front of building so we didn't have to look for a parking place. I was extra happy when I have seen how clean was apartment, with wonderful bathroom and all for very good price. Svijetlana is great, friendly and thoughtful landlady.She helped us when we had any problem, especially with motorbike and my husband allergies.
We recommend Svet's apartment to anyone coming to stay in Zagreb, regardless of the duration of the stay.All in all a very nice experience with one new friend. Thank you Svijetlana

I am traveling very often in Zagreb for business and staying for a few months. Thanks to Svet and her wonderful apartment I feel as at home. Nice, clean and comfortable, with fast flat internet Svet's place is very convenient place for somebody coming for the business trip in Zagreb especially because of the location - near center. I like a lot walking to my work and that save me a lot of time. I had everything I needed, and Svet was a great and helpful host.

My husband and I often come to Zagreb for a few days and Svet's apartment is very convenient for us. It is situated in a nice area, surrounded by a beautiful park. It is homely, comfortable, clean, and finished to a high standard.The rental price offers value for money. It is located within walking distance to the city centre and there are also quite few tram links very near the apartment.Svet is a very friendly and helpful landlady and we recommend her place to anyone coming to stay in Zagreb, regardless of the duration of the stay.All in all a nice experience.

On our way to Croatian adriatic seaside, we stopped in Zagreb for one night. We slept at Svet's apartment and we can really recommend this place. It is a lovely apartment perfect for 2 people, modern and clean, with wonderful bathroom, quiet to sleep, fast internet access, good price. Really worth it!

On our way back from the Croatian seaside, my wife and I went to Zagreb and stay 2 nights there.
We stay at Svet's place and we were really surprised how nice it was. Close to the center but in very peaceful street, in the big and wonderful park. Clean, full of light, nice decoration, not typical what you usually see in the accommodation of this type, it has its own personality. We love it.
For short stay it has everything we needed, and we really feel as guests of our friend.
We will go back again and we recommend this place.

I didn't need anything fancy but this was better than what I expected.
The apartment is modern, comfortable and well organized. I had everything I needed: I was close to the center,15 minutes walking distance. I had a fast wireless internet access, LCD and cable television, charming bathroom and it was so nice to sleep there: you awake up with the sound of the birds from the park.
I warmly recommend it to anybody. -

I would recommend Svets flat: clean, quiet, nice décor, good neighborhood, close to everywhere. I used her bike - fantastic way to go around and discovering a small nice town as Zagreb is.
I admired her bathroom, small but elegant and special - like a small asian spa.
You'll also like Svet, because she is a warm welcoming and open personality and was very nice to meet her.
Whatever your interests, ask Svet, she's really a great gal!

I was wonderfully amazed when I visited this place in Zagreb. It's a charming little flat, just perfectly suited for people who want to go for the feel at home feeling.
The flat is conveniently located close the city center and beautifully and efficiently organized.
