Apartment is situated in upscale residential area with embassy residences and other private villas. Is quiet, safe and classy neighbourhood, surrounded with small park.

50 stairs keep you away from the main street and main square in Zagreb where everything is happening! Farmer's market and grocery stores 5 min. walk, restaurants, shops, bars, galleries, churches, theatre, museums, etc. all withing 5-15 min. walk. No need for buses, trams, cabs or cars.

  We didn't stay in this particular apartment. However, we did see it and it looks better than the photos show, and we stayed in the apartment just below it. As described, the location is great. The apartment is in a beautiful home in a very upscale residential section of Zagreb - the best place to live in the city. It is quiet, with a beautiful big yard and a park right across the street. However, within a 5-10 minute walk, you are in the heart of Zagreb. The location couldn't be better. The apartment that we stayed in was very comfortable and beautifully appointed, with all of the amenities we could want. The kitchen was fully equipped for any kind of cooking. The women who own it are as kind, helpful and generous as one could hope to meet. I would highly recommend this apartment. The only caveat is that because the house is situated on a hill, and going into the center requires a downhill trek, one either needs to have a car or be fit enough to walk back up the hill to return.
